No matter what.............. At the very ROOT of the problem- is coaching. Period. Because with the talent that we do have, even a decent Head Coach would've gotten us 7 or 8 wins in such an awful division this year. The fact that we have only 3! It's seriously just coaching. If we had Ben Johnson, or like Mike Tomlin, we EEEEEASSSSILLYYYY make the playoffs! Even WITH Trevor missing time. Until we correct that, it couldn't matter less who the players are.
