With these high contract dollar young players, Jaguars need a HC that has a psychiatry degree thats' a manipulator and babysitter to get them motivated to play at a high level.

Shad Khan canned Coughlin to appease entitled minded athletes like Jalen Ramsey and Yannick Ngakoue. Then, they turned around and bailed on us after we started sucking under "leadership" that has no idea how to be elite in today's NFL. Meanwhile, Coughlin adapted and evolved over decades in the game and all of his teams played at high levels. Shad keeping Baalke has been the single biggest issue over the past 5 seasons. He needs to wake up and end the nonsense
