Silken Tofu: 1.25 lb or 567 g
Tomato: 9 oz or 256 g
Cucumber: 3.9 oz or 110 g
Spanish Onion: 2.6 oz or 73.48 g
Green Pepper: 3.2 oz or 90.7 g
Brown Sauce: 3/4 cup or 178 mL
Green Onion: For Garnish
Potato Starch: 1 tbsp
Water: 1 tbsp

I thought that tofu needed to be drained out for a long time. Does this affect the final dish?

Always love watching your videos. This one is simple yet delicious looking. Weird to see cooked cucumber since I'm use to eating it fresh so I'd have to replace it with zucchini instead. LOL! And while I'm at it, might as well fry that tofu. Oh, wait, this is supposed to be a healthy recipe, right? LOL
Yes, it's suppose to be healthy that's why I didn't wanted to fry or add any oil except for sesame oil. If you want to fry the tofu, you are welcome to do so. At first, I was going to fry the tofu but decided I should make this recipe very healthy instead. I got to watch my waist, it's getting a little out control. lol
Yeah, gotta keep that girlish figure of yours trim, eh? LOL! Well, I think the pale looking tofu kinda throws me off. Maybe a wee bit of color would help it go down better. Then again, if it sits in that sauce long enough, it might soak up the brown color so no need to fry. Fried tofu is mmmm, though. LOL

Can i fry this tofu or do I have to use the firm.
Yes, you can fry the tofu. When you fry the tofu make sure to use paper towel to soak any excess liquid and dust it with some potato starch. In fact, I was going to fry the tofu as well but then again I wanted this recipe to be very healthy so I end up not frying it.

Nice SOUP of tofu, with slurry of mish mash Schizoid mix of this and that.. what is this????? Why use a WOK if you are going to cook it like, it should be in a CROK POT? Totally UNAPPETIZING!!!
