- www.thelawbank.... - The first of a series of videos looking at Statutory Interpretation. This one introduces the subject and looks at why we need it and examines the problems with words.
You have given me hope of passing! Precise, clear and informative!!!!! Thank you! x
Statutory interpretation is some sort of linguistic communication of the will of the legislature. It is duty of parliament to make law and it is the duty of the judges to interpret and apply it.
Very good series on statutory interpretation! Thank you.
Really appreciated would you kindly do contract law videos. After reading text materials and listening to your videos the knowledge gets stuck in the mind👍
Thank you - although I guess the word introduction gives the supposed order away a little :-) (and the fact the description says which one is first and which one second etc) It is the way that You Tube groups videos I am afraid and I only group them to help you find the ones you need so I am afraid you may just have to live with the irregularity of the order. Sorry
You made it very simple thanks a lot spending your time.much appreciated
