i went to QR open day in Tunisia that was held on the 21st May , it was the first time i go there but i didn't understand what happened. There were almost 1000 Candidates (i was number 784!!! althought i went early but there was a fight about the numbers which led to a major chaos) , when my turn came the recruiter didn't even look at me she just asked me about my name and what do i work at the moment, i answered with a smiling (although it was 21Pm and i was sooo tired )hoping that i could get it and pass to the next round she told me that she should speed up the process because of the huge number of candidates and that she will take a look at my cv and then she'll reply per email ... i felt that i wasn't successful but at the same time that hurt me a lot i was dreaming day and night since i was a child to become a CC :( i'm feeling really down ...
Hi MànOù ùùchà! Thanks for watching :). I totally understand where you're coming from. Things may go unexpectedly and you have to prepare yourself for these kinds of situations :). Keep that drive and spirit in you to continue and don't stop until you make it. All the best! 💋💋💋
Thank you for your reply ♥️ on that day people just showed up like that , some of them weren't even wearing a business attire and got accepted, some of them don't even speak english well and were accepted too... etc i don't know the selection is based on which criteria .. it was unorganised :(
