How come you have so many terrible reviews from shop owners? People are complaining of items not fulfilled within the promised time period, shipped to the wrong place, or not shipped at all for weeks, and that there’s no customer service support. Would love to work with you, but these reviews are not particularly “trust-building”. Can you help us understand what’s going on? What are you doing to correct these issues? I have personally sent emails to “customer support” to ask some questions regarding manually adding listings to Etsy, and crickets for 2 weeks and counting. I look forward to hearing your response.

Hey there, this is a very valid point! Etsy can sometimes make it hard for sellers to get started, however, it is a very powerful marketplace. This being said, Shopify is a great alternative, perhaps an even better one because you are in control of the traffic :)
