I review the Ziss air stone and this is my favorite air stone! I am currently using about 30 in my fish room paired with a sponge filter from Aquarium Co-Op!

I love the Ziss Airstones! I use them in all my Aquarium Co-op Sponge Filters and as a stand-alone airstone as well.

We have a 120 gallon in the garage waiting for a reseal, and my husband has to build a stand for it. That's going to be a big project, so we're not rushing to get it started 😅.
I understand the busy life thing. Kids, jobs, etc. No worries!

Excellent video, got questions answered that I didn't get from even Aquairum Co-op's video. Mainly if the bubbles need to pop before reaching the surface like with co2! Hope your channel grows! Subbed!

You overlooked the most beneficial aspect of the stone, how it can be easily cleaned in comparison to typical stones, or am i wrong? I've yet to buy one, so idk. Anyhow, I use a valve on my airline to control flow, silly to do it via the stone itself.

I would love instructions on how to use without a sponge filter. I'm a newbie, and would like to know how to set this up. What size tubing and how to power please?

Simple air line tubing then pick an air pump.
The easiest I would say is if you are in the states purchase airline tubing and the usb nano air pump from aquarium co op
Attach airline to the stone and then to the pump

Tightened mine down for finer bubbles in my 5.5 gallon tank and it makes a high pitched whistling noise. I couldn’t get it to make fine bubbles without it I finally just took it out.

That is odd. I have never heard of that before. If anything it may have put to much back pressure on your pump.

@@WeldonTanks yeah I put a bleed valve on the line after I read this and it helped a little, but there’s still a noticeable noise. I’m going to have to fiddle around with it some more.

i recently added an air stone to my tank and there's a lot of foam at the top of the tank.. is that something to worry about or is it just because of the stone?

It is probably from the oil film that can build up on the surface. It is nothing to worry about
