    Thanks Engineer, can you pls provide a lecture for the pile capacity calculation as per Tomilson and explain for us the friction factor for cohessionless soil Cus, how we get it for soil and the main checks for pile design.

    Please, who can help me ,? I want to model pipe circular pile using pile volume method by plaxis 3d v20 d=2.5 cm
    L=37.5cm and wall thickness =0.15 cm
    Also how can I model squere and rectangular hollow pile ?

    in the last part of the video, how you will know that 541 kN friction capacity is matching with the plaxis output?

      draw tangents on the start and end portions of the load settlement curve, the load corresponding to intersection point will be the capacity of pile.

      just change the direction of load (Instead of vertical load give lateral load)
