This is the type of person who is "shocked" that a medium at a tourist trap town told her friend that they spoke to her grandfather. I, for my part, am shocked that she can afford to spend twenty years on this.
I saw the Hilma Af Klint exhibit at the Guggenheim. The work is absolutely stunning. But the attempt to shoehorn it into Abstract Expressionism is an extremely clumsy argument. We should be able to appreciate Spiritualist Art and indeed the art movements excelled at by women for what they are and not try to shoehorn them into other established genres just because art historians tend to be white men without much imagination.
I have a theory that all objects, living and inert, in all places of earthly frequent, leave an ethereal instance of their being, and that photographs, and other recordings, show glimpses of this ethereal vitality, or soul. Aged seventeen, in recorded and broadcast faces, I began to see similarity that persuaded me irresistibly of their relationship, independently of bodily connection, to each other. Bodily features and expressions wove an insistently lucid sense of recognition. I realise this may sound like self-deluding fantasy, but... If these people are genetically unrelated, might genes operate on dimensions beyond the physical to form in deliberate parallel? And if this shows up on film, might ethereal fragments of a human life linger in light waves? I call the phenomenon transgenic kinship. Anyway, I've written more about the subject in my book "Andy's Nature: Asperger's, Obesity and the Supernatural." Thanks for reading.
i wonder how much value it is that i can channel , it seems like a curse. it is somthing that puts my relationship to christ and the God of my understanding . my mother is a good christian and my mother family is also either catholic or southern babtist and she raised us in a non denomonenational fellowship . on the other side is a whole other thing that is deep in esoteric occult and newage belief on my fathers side so i have been attacked by demons and also i have been able to do things that are scary to most but i dont know anyone who has had all my experiences and so i find a place like this interesting and dont know should i stay away ? i suppose i shall just pray and ask for help.
Umm ghost are definitely real I've had plenty of experiences last week my boyfriend experienced a paranormal he was in the bathroom getting ready to get out when he heard feet at the door when he touched the door he said he felt pressure as if someone was holding it from the other side when he opened it nobody was there he actually has more experiences than I do!
Ifthere were real ghosts and if they were floating around EVERYONE who takes a picture would have a chance of catching them. The only conslusion is that there simply are no ghosts.

I like how the choice of music effectively editorialises the story.
The more a documentary uses music the less I trust it. That and deliberately unflattering photos of people.
And i like that you smell like cheese
So weird how only the people who belong to these communities are able to take these photos
This is absolutely amazing. How can I reach out to learn more about this research?

I was really expecting some ghosts photographs taken by her or an event were she found some spirit in her photos.
A.k.a. photographer discovers double exposure, long exposures and other photographic techniques 😉🤣
The background music was extremely distracting. And I agree with another commenter that it "editorialises" the story.
The spiritual realm is around we can’t see it but feel it
Caitlin Doughty, of 'Ask a Mortician', has an interesting video on spirit photography.
If there's something strange
In your neighborhood
Who you gonna call?
Ghostbusters!

I was in shower, no one else in house and next door was out. I heard three loud clear knocks on the bathroom door.

Until you see it for yourself you won’t believe. I was skeptic until I seen a ghost.

I have hundreds of these photos
nice
Yeah....
Disappointing. I was hoping to have a photographer explain what causes light orbs etc and debunk a lot of images.
Well that's a waste of 7.08 of your time, surely the BBC doesn't have that much spare money around that they can waste it on things like this?
None of this is "proving" anything.
