Very good observation of the bifilar coil essentially being 1 wire but acting presumably as 2 capacitive plates. So it must simply be a difference in potential at different points just as the light that glows from the coil at different points . Very intriguing . I too witness some power being able to be harnessed from a 30,000 volt capacitor that was shorted to itself via a alligator lead yet I was still able to light a fluorescent light. I discovered it after reviewing a video I made and reslised I left the clip attached but also could see it lit! I beleive it was simple a difference in potential between the cap and earth ground . Very elusive this electrocity phenomenon and will not give away its secrets to those that don't investigate ! 👍🏻 thanks for you work .
