I have always thought that your office space would be a great place for the laundry room since it’s in close proximity to the bedrooms and the laundry room that you currently have…especially since you have the option to expand it would make a great office space since it’s by the kitchen area.
Yes I came up with a plan and design to turn the office into a laundry room and have always wanted to do it but it would take jack hammering the floor for plumbing and stuff and it is just not an option right now but I would LOVE to do it still one day possibly 💕💕💕

I’d be doing some research on the front loading washing machines if you plan on purchasing one… the gasket around the doors tend to get mold in them if you do not clean them after each use.. I know sooo many people that have purchased one and so regretted it and went back to the top loader
We need it for space saving reasons and yes I have researched and decided I’m up for the task lol I watch gocleanco on Instagram and she shows how she washes them and I know it’ll be work but it’ll be worth it for the design I have in mind!!!! If I ever move to a big house with big laundry room I will get top load again!
You will have zero issues with front load if you do basic maintenance… but yeah

Well done Jill ! 💪It always take such energy to do a good declutter and organization! 🤦♀🤦♀I must get my storage cleaned out in the basement , but keep pushing on doing it but it MUST be done before the holidays!!!! 🤦♀ Will put some music on or something... to keep me going, I can only do it on a weekend or a day I am not working....but I really must do it this month! When I open the storage door a whole lot of empty boxes just fall out !!! And I cant even remember what is behind all the boxes !!!! Anybody feels familiar with that?? Hahaha 😄😄🤗🤗

The “hunchback” thing might be your upper back working overtime while bending down. Do a quick test!
- Try reaching the floor by bending forward while keeping your back straight. Only bend at the hip. If you for some reason bend your upper back then you should consider doing some exercises to activate your lower back muscles again.
