Only that what we call as household chores nowadays are not that effective..we don't grind stuff using mortar pestle..anymore..aatukal ammikal...nobody uses a cloth to mop their house by bending..its mop and standing stiff..washing utensils is not through bending as well..we wash it at sink..like wise..not taking water from a pond or from a well..its through taps..etc....like wise..every activity is simplified and we have machines...the actual household chores done some 30 years ago were real exercises..but now ,it's not..so we need proper workout..my explanation is to give u a better perspective..ofcourse..if you do everything at home the same old age way,then thatz enough
