    Hi Ramya, In this video you mentioned not to fast after over-eating. But in another video about weight loss during holidays, u mentioned that fasting is a hack after a heavy meal to reduce the effect, It is bit confusing, can u clarify this please.

    If you drink more water after eating you will feel bloated, also walking after meals rushes blood to legs and hands leading to less rate of digestion. These days everyone gives advice like doctor

      Walking within 60 to 90 minutes after eating delivers the best results. Although light walking at any time is good for your health, a short walk within 60 to 90 minutes of eating a meal can be especially useful in minimizing blood sugar spikes, as that is when blood sugar levels tend to peak.
      Drinking water during or after a meal helps how your body breaks down and processes food (digestion).

      @@subhasriram1062 sorry still not right. Drinking water during and after meal will hamper the digestion process. You may consider walking slowly after 90 mins. Please note blood sugar spikes irrespective of what you eat as it is glucose getting into body not the sugar as you mean.

      Pls don't follow any intermittent fasting when u are suffering from acidity. Instead you can avoid over eating and go for walking.

      3 meals sapdunga acidity sari agara varaikkum intermittent fasting vendam.sugar,carbs,all types of pulses ithulam oru one week cut panni parunga nalla results kedaikkum.good fats, vegetables, enough protein daily basis la edunga kandippa cure kedaikkum

      I do have acidity issues. I’m trying intermittent fasting for the past one week. Instead of 16 hours, I did 12 hours for the first three days.I was ok with it. Slowly I’m increasing it to 14 hours. I’m doing fine.start with 12 hours.

    1.After food walk for 20 minutes
    2.after food Drink luke warm water after 30 min
    3.Don't take or eat leftovers
    4.Don't skip the next meal to avoid overeating
    5.Eat protein and fiber foods limit carb and fats
