Hii. i have a question. i previously made mango ice cream and it kind of was icy due to the water content in the mango so i made sure to cook the mango purree a bit to decrease the water content and it turned out amazing. doesnt this get icy as well?
Icyness will form only when you left any bubble spaces during freezing it cling wrap is the best way to avoid icyness in the icecream Secondly properly whipping the cream will never made it icy Try to leave the container on a surface for few minutes before freezing so that the icecream will settle down completly
