Probably both. The cities in Emilia Romagna are super chill with less tourists compared to Florence and Venice. Or the Lambrusco was stronger than I thought. Lol.
Ferrari, Maserati and Pagani are from Modena. Lamborghini and Ducati are from Bologna. Modena is famous only for Balsamico, but pasta, tomatoes, parmigiano, mortadella, prosciutto and other famous specialities of that area come mostly from Parma and Bologna
Thanks- Lamborghini is corrected in my Motor Valley video and keep an eye out for my Bologna food video! Tho the cheese is largely Parma & Reggiano, Hombre Farms is a well-known certified parmigiano-reggiano maker in Emilia Romagna and iconic with the Panini Collection (largest? Maserati collection) , so travelers get a two for one deal. 😀
@@grrrltraveler yeah, it's an area rich of culture indeed. Very underrated for travellers to italy. And full of beautiful little cities. I suggest you to visit Ferrara in that region. It's a little masterpiece, also UNESCO heritage
Greetings from a wet and cold UK,again excellent video(but did they tell you the price of the balsamic vinegar.(It can come as quite a shock, more expensive than a good wine)
A word of caution if you are driving in the city of Modena: Beware the "Traffic Mafia." The local police love to trap unsuspecting tourists with very poor (non-existant?) signage of parking and driving zone restrictions, and then send you violations and attached fines amounting to hundreds of Euros. Mine were over 800 Euros over 2 weekend days! If you are lucky, your rental car company will not charge these to your credit card, the bill will come in the mail a year later. The 4 of us in our car never saw any ZTL signs, and we had been driving in Italy for over 3 weeks already, and had no issues in any other cities there over the month spent driving from Sicily to the Italian Alps. Best to use a taxi or take a local along in your car to help out.
Thank you for sharing an informative video. Is it best to rent a car? We only have two days and will sightsee between Modena and Bologna. This side trip was more for my hubby to see the exotic car museums and factories but it looks like there's more to do than that.
@Pete_in_OC Thank you for sharing and making us aware about your driving experience in Modena. We are thinking of renting a car so it's good to be aware that this type of scam may happen.
@Carmel Thank you for your input. We had a wonderful time in Modena and Bologna. Luckily, the Airbnb we stayed at in Bologna had its own private parking and walking distance to the center of town. We struggled a bit in Modena trying to find parking but eventually figured it out with a help from a couple of locals. The only downside to our trip was it was too short.
The video was very interesting the foods looked so good! Was there a problem with the sound, it was quite loud at some points of the video drowning out your voice.
I'm obsessed with Italian food way too much!! Thanks for posting this I’m going to have to share this with my girl. I need to learn how to cook! This looks so good can I get a bite? Haha just kidding but cool uploads. I actually upload on my channel about Italian related stuff, actually I talk about a bunch of Italian food in our comedy talks. We aren't getting that much attention like you do. Any feedback would be appreciated! I subscribed to your channel, maybe you'd want to do the same? Let's collab on something though message me on Instagram @servidiohs we'd love to feature you on our channel.

Porticoes, frescos, mosaics or leaning buildings, Up is viable angle for the Emilia Romagna region. haha😂😂

Awesome vlog. I vlogged recently in the Amalfi Coast and wow it's so beautiful there.
I'm not sure if it's Italy and or the wine but you seem very relaxed.

Omg yes!! I’m shocked how underrated it is!
La Pagani è di San Cesario, un comune in provincia di Modena, non di Modena.
The pagani si not form modena but from san cesario

Yeah, the longer the age, the tiny the bottle and the more shocking. There's another video where I'll share some of the prices of the balsamic.
Awesome vid on kohphiphi
Loved this video. How much does some of that balsamic vinegar cost?
I’ve seen some cost as high as 800Euro.

@@grrrltravelerit was the music in the video that was load. It wasn't the environment sound.
In modena thereis restaurant 3 stelle michlean
Youve gone from street food to gastronomical journey! Lovely
Modena is the city of Ferrari and Maserati ,Lamborghini House is in Bologna ( i live in modena)
Yup, I made a huge whoops! I was traveling motor valley.
I like fizzy drinks. I heard wine is cheaper than water in Italy . Is that true?
At times it has been cheaper. 😉
Rubbish

lol American looking for Candy in small town Italy :)
