That extremely rare couriers have random coloured gems in them for TB arcana but you have to win it first of course (gems only in the couriers that are in treasure so buying straight from market wont give you the gem) but extracting that gem from courier will destroy the courier

I already had bought all the arcana, and I received 4 from this event and 5 from previous event. It seems the chances of getting arcana is higher for those who had already purchased it. It kinda helped me offload the previously bought arcanas to buy the new ones.

Weekly rerolls are not stackable but buying the refills from store are.
