The treasure with 2 rare couriers used to contain 1 basic courier and 1 unusual courier but then they changed that for some reason. There won't be any unusual courier that can be obtained from them.
Since arcanas from candyworks are not marketable (as of the moment unless all arcana are now in base hero slot same with pudge and jugg), the best way to enjoy both techies arcana is to enable shuffle Or use the prismatic gem
Try rerolling on different acts, especially the act 2. idk why, but in the act 2 there's so much legendary and arcanas and rare couriers that are unavailable that you can get in there, just try it (because i got good stuff there lol)
