Idk why, but I really like the design of the anubis guards/soldiers in this dlc.. it's nice ubi took the time to model them as they are described in Egyptian myth (as dog men, though the digitgrade legs are somewhat anachronistic and more in line with what we think a werewolf would look like) and not just reuse the models of the anubis priests in the main game. Also,as a fellow with a interest in Egyptian myth, I find it quite nice to see that Ubisoft stated pretty true to the descriptions of the various afterlives the Egyptians would go to... and they even got the *Ba* correct too, as utterly bizarre as the concept of a multipart soul seems to us now. Well done Ubi... taking a extended break and actually allowing your games time to get polished and brew more thoroughly before launch paid off handsomely for you guys... Now if only fucking EA could learn that lesson, or Activision (though the blame mostly lies with Bungies lack of fortitude in demanding more dev time to work on what is essentially Destiny 1.5, not a true sequel as many keep saying...)or hell the entire damn industry!

They look pretty accurate most of the time IMO. They weren't quite like the modern Arabic influenced Egyptians, so fairly darker and more conventionally African characteristics, though without looking like bantus like in some portrayals

First of all a game which commodified Jesus would spark outrage among Christians as such depictions of Jesus have done before, second of all Christian myth isn't nearly as vague and romanticized as pagan myths so the plot would be dull and the gameplay hysterically lame.

Wtf I bought gold edition so I have season pass I got hidden ones downloaded and completed but the curse of the Pharos is not there for me ?
