      Olá, tenho outro vídeo em meus canais com dicas para ajudar seu cabelo a crescer:
      um resumo é;
      -Seu cabelo pode estar seco e quebradiço e a melhor solução para isso é garantir que seu cabelo esteja hidratado. Os produtos com os ingredientes Auqa serão muito hidratantes.
      -Tente também beber vitaminas ou comer alimentos com biotina e vitaminas b.
      -Tente não trançar o cabelo muito apertado e lave o cabelo a cada duas semanas, na melhor das hipóteses, para garantir que não haja acúmulo de produto.
      -Tente também um tratamento de proteína se o seu cabelo foi danificado pelo calor, relaxantes ou tintura de cabelo.

      -Try also drinking vitamins or eating foods with biotin and b vitamins.
      -Try not braiding your hair too tight and wash your hair every two weeks at best to ensure you don’t have product buildup
      -Also try a protein treatment if your hair has been damaged by heat, relaxers or hair dye.
