it would work, I've been using small upholstery attachement to clean carpets in my car for years. On small carpet it should be fine, just not the most practical attachement tho.
I just found your channel and it is really interesting the way you review vacuums. It helps young adults like me. I will definitely buy this now after watching this video!
I wish someone had answered your question because I have the same problem. It seems to blow things further away that are in its path. I keep thinking maybe I have it assembled incorrectly? I doubt that.
SarounaUchiha really? Are they compatible with the Jimmy Jv51?? Can you please link them for me, I’ve been trying to find a proper carpet power head, since it’s the only con for this vacuum! Thanks!!!!
So I read good and bad reviews and the bad reviews had one thing in common., which is after just a few months it would either break apart, the brush would stop rolling or wouldn't have any suction. and/or the battery life would drop dramatically Maybe a better way to review the vacuums is after your initial testing to have people take them home for 3 or 4 months and have a list of tasks and times for them to use it,
Hye, can u help me, i wash my cordless jimmy vocume and i do mistake that the part at brush missing.. the small part to take out the brush. Can u help me where can find the part?
My Hoover Cruise will NOT pick up a tennis ball, Just now tried it with the crevis tool thing. . will that Jimmy pick one up? Review the Autojare v11 those are going really cheap on eBay now.
I have a problem with my Jimmy (the same model as in the video), instead of sucking it blows air out. Or it does suck but not light stuff like dust, hair etc. I need to use turbo mode all the time which doesn't last too long :c Any ideas guys?
I have the same problem. Mostly ceramic floors and cats, and it basically relocates the hair further away. I guess I'll try the turbo mode. It beats a blank.
Does anyone know when you start to charge it? I have been using this vacuum cleaner for 15months and the battery suddenly died. I've never charged it when the red light for low battery was blinking - always completely used the battery so it was fully drained . Did i perhaps kill the battery that way?
I think the problem was we would use the vacuum till the battery was completely dead. And you should never ever do that. Paid almost 80€ for a replacement :/
I bought this cordless vaccum few months before the review (nice video by the way) and I totally agree with you, it is not good for carpets. Then I recently found that Jimmy officially sells a replacement brush that seems more suited for carpets and rugs. Would you consider doing a test update as the JV51 seems to be sitll highly valued?
I received the brush today and I could try it out. It fits perfectly on the JV51 even though it is labelled as "not compatible". When vaccuming, it makes more noise but I guess it is something normal with that type of brush. I never collected that much of dirt! So I think if you already have this vaccum cleaner, it is a good option for your carpets if you don't want to invest into a new model.
@@ivoresor222 Where did you buy it? I have the vacuum already, but I'm looking for a replacement power adapter and can't find the US adapter for sale anywhere. Some international sellers like Aliexpress sell the EU adapter, but not the US one.

hi. I just saw the other video about all the types of vacuums, and I came to my decision to either the Jimmy j51 or the moosoo k51, the mooso isn’t very powerful and isn’t sealed for nothing, the jimmy has the same power suction as a premium one and very sealed. My only question is, can’t we find a 3rd party proper carpet attachment for the Jimmy K51?? Isn’t there anyone who has made it? Thanks!! Hope for a reply!
Who knows where to buy the US adapter for this? The US version and accessories seem to have been removed from all the online stores entirely. I have the vacuum but someone in my house somehow lost the power adapter for the battery (and I am pissed off that they lost it 😤). I can only find the EU adapter for sale, which I bought thinking I could plug it into a travel adapter so I can charge the battery again, but it's not working.
