from what i understand of the whole thing, people aren't mad "at the knife", they're mad at gareth bull himself for how he handled the drop. iirc it was delayed a couple of times because of crappy webpage hosting, then he said he'd postpone indefinitely and on that same day he edited his post instead of making a new one saying the sale was on anyway even though the site worked like shit. can't verify 'cause i'm in europe and he said a long time ago the drop will be us-only so... i only know this because i happened to visit knife_club that day or the day after :D
Try to find a Vero impulse or Synapse on secondary market...you want to talk about price jump? almost a 100% increase. I don't play that game but I love watching it while sitting comfortably on my couch eating salt covered popcorn with a large Cold Steel in my pocket. Cheers.

Now I realize that this design is not worth the secondary market prices for the custom....at least to me... it’s just right for the price that they originally come in at. Similar to the Holt Specter the hype drives prices And of course we always want what we can’t have

Both great knives you can use as your EDC and disapear in an office environment cause people mistake them for pens or markers (if their not really looking 😄) . This is a bit out of my price range though. I don't like spending more than a hundred bucks on a knife. For me nowadays its gotta be under 3 oz and simple but elegant? kinda like the Shamwari. Unless its got an orange handle.....I'm a sucker for orange knives. lol

The Lundquist is a good (and cheaper) front flipper. I'm a Kizer fan though so who can really trust anything I say.
