Another tip for ya, well, more of an explanation about the subclass identities so you can understand and try out what you want in the future: Solar: It is the element of fire, and is more focused on burning enemies, and at the same time, boosting your damage thanks to the radiant buff. It is also more into healing than the other subclasses thanks to the restoration and cure buffs. Arc: It is the element of electricity, and is focused on fluidity. Thanks to it’s buff, Amplified, you will run faster and I believe restore health faster as well. Some abilities have the ability to blind enemies, which make them unable to see you or shoot for a short duration. And the last Debuff, Jolt, makes enemies chain lighting damage and it is really good for clearing out ads. Void: It is the energy of, well, energy I guess, idk, and it is focused on kinda stealth and weakening enemies. In the Hunter kit, you have a lot of ways to go invisible, which makes you unseeable to the eye of the enemy, and gives you time to heal and prepare. There is another buff, called Overshield, which as it’s name implies, gives you bonus health, or shields, whatever you call it. There are a lot of debuffs for this one, but the best one (in my opinion) is weakened, which makes enemies take more damage, and helps you take care of them faster. Volatility is a Debuff where if an enemy affected by it is shot, they will explode, dealing damage to nearby enemies and more damage to itself. Stasis: It is the element of Ice, and is focused on stopping enemies, making them easier to kill. It doesn’t have any buffs as of right now, so one of it’s debuffs is Slow, where enemies affected by it walk slower. And if enemies gain enough “stacks” of slow, they freeze for a few seconds, making them unable to move at all. Dealing damage to a frozen enemy unfreezes them, but deals damage to nearby enemies and bonus damage to itself. Strand: It is the subclass of strings, and is focused on weakening while buffing you in the process. The Woven Mail buff makes you take less flinch from enemy fire. The suspend Debuff makes enemies unable to move or shoot for a few seconds and more susceptible to damage. Sever makes enemies deal less damage to you altogether. And finally unravel releases darts that fly around and deal damage to any enemy in their way. There’s a guide for what the subclasses mainly do, so if you want to try others out, you know what you’ll kinda expect. In order to unlock the Stasis and Strand subclasses however, you have to complete the Beyond Light and Lightfall campaigns respectively. Glad to see you finished Shadowkeep! That last cutscene was the Witness offering us “Salvation” if we submitted to it, and as usual, we refused, so now we are going to be taking it down once and for all (hopefully) in The Final Shape, which comes out on June 4th. I assume you are gonna take on Beyond Light next, since it is next in the timeline line?
The subclasses all play differently and it's possible to have different builds in each subclass. Solar definitely feels great all-round this season due to the artefact mods (those explosions can get more spectacular and do even more damage). Arc is a lot more "in your face" and you benefit from continuously moving. The melee is a punch rather than a throwing knife so you need to be up close to use it. You might want to try Trinity Ghoul which is an exotic bow, Thunderlord (exotic LMG) or an arc weapon with Voltshot that will make stuff die from chain lightning (if you reload after a kill), a bit like the incandescent effect you get from sunshot. It doesn't really get much benefit from the artefact this season so you'll not see as many people running arc hunter builds especially at end game. Void subclasses can still do really good damage and have added bonus of giving you invisibility and crowd control so is a good jack of all trades class to run.
The next expansion after Shadowkeep is Beyond light, if you have evey expansion try and play them in the chronological order, it will help. Unfortunately not every question will be answered because the seasons between the expansions are no longer available but the timeline roadmap can somewhat help fill in the gaps.
@@CultGuardian The campaign is a little bigger than shadowkeep because it was scheduled to release in 2020 but then COVID showed up and messed the development process so they couldn't do everything they wanted, but it's a fun campaign and stasis is a great subclass.
Since you really like weapons that make enemies explode, I think you will like the Graviton Lance a lot. It is an exotic void pulse rifle, and I thin you can acquire it doing the associated quest. At the beginning of Destiny 2, back in 2017, Sunshot, Riskrunner and Graviton lance (Solar, arc and void) were three weapons choices during the campaign. Now destiny 2 has not the original campaign anymore, so they made specific quests to acquire them, like the one you did with the other guy in the last video, when you got the Riskrunner. I hope there's a quest for The graviton lance too, you should check in the quests tab or in maybe you should visit Ikora and see if she has the quest. If not, well, you have to wait for it to drop casually when playing😅.Also, weapon has specific perks, they are very important, they are the ones that make a difference in your weapons!!
@@CultGuardian you have completed shadoweep. You could now farm for the shadowkeep weapons (i swa that you also have the essences for them), you can also do some bounties ecc..but these are not mandatory. Now You can start with thet beyond light dlc now, which is miles better than shadowkeep. for me.
@@CultGuardian you will like it. It is less dispersive than shadowkeep, everything is more linear, and you'll see that you do not need that level of farming like you had in the shadowkeep dlc (with the essences ecc..). 👍👍👍
