I'm not a dentist, but how do you think anything is going to get underneath the crown? This is stupid. Find a new dentist and get it fixed asap because you will loose the tooth!!!!!
Do vegan keto! This way you don't have much sugar in your system to feed the cavity. It's not impossible or as restrictive as you might think at first.

If you want to stop further delay, read Ramiel Nagels book. You can halt 100% of decay. Me taking high mineral raw butter oil mixed with cod liver oil every meal, plus coconut oil pulling, or salt water in a water pik(high quality salt as well). So hard to say. In the meantime, find a dentist that does teledentistry and take some high-quality photos of the spot (macro shots in front of an outside window) before the call. Also, start using a toothpaste with hydroxyapatite in it twice daily for 3 minute brushing sessions. Boka is the brand I use currently. Dental offices will be open soon!
Mark Burhenne, DDS thank you I’ll look around for the brand Iv been using moon I don’t know if it’s any good but says on it that it helps prevent cavity’s.
Ugh! The paleo diet is not the answer. Vitamin K2 is the answer. Most people today are deficient. Vitamin D3 is also helpful. Again, most people are deficient.
Great question!! Paleo diet, by definition, is a diet that our ancestors ate, and that is up for debate what that really consisted of. Most will agree that it’s devoid of processed carbs and processed sugar. The lack of these ingredients is the prime reason the paleo diet is good for your teeth. There’s very little demineralization going on with this diet. Also, nutrients like K2 that are very prevalent in the paleo diet (and not so much in the western diet) are excellent for promoting tooth health.

There is no pain for me what so ever. I recently went to my by annual checkup and got my first ever cavity at 26. I'm terrified since my insurance does not cover anything beyond a check and a scale/polish. Wondering if it's too late for me to reverse the damage. Since I was suggested a fill and put under local anesthetic for it.
Hi Kawaii! I am so sorry to hear your concern. If your cavity is in the early stages, it's possible to reverse it. You may want to consider my guide where I discuss the steps to reverse and prevent cavities for the rest of your life. (askthedentist.com/reversing-cavities-naturally-ebook/)
@@normandyf4234 Yes... I can vouch for that... I was told by one dentist I needed 5 fillings about 40 years ago, but did not have them done... I've had a few dentists since and not one has suggested anything other than a polish and a 6 monthly check ? It would seem that the path of life is littered with 'Snake Oil Peddlers' desperate to sell you something you neither want... or need !
@@normandyf4234 Wheatgrass oil pulling? I've only heard about coconut and olive oil pulling. Thanks for sharing!
@@normandyf4234 Could please you tell us how big your cavities were?
@Normandy F yes i also want to ask that how big your cavities were? And were they decayed or just black ? I am afraid of filling and root canal ...i have a small visible cavity on my teeth and i need it to be cured before the infection spreads over full mouth
i have a cavity next to a sensitive tooth which makes it worse -_-
Thanks for sharing 🌹
So eat everything?
Can you suggest paleo diet for vegetarians?
no
I actually do believe small cavity can heal but when it comes to cavity which reach dentin layer it’s honestly very hard for me to believe something can remineralise that .
Might be able to stop it there but not remineralise black hole!:(
Sorry, but this video is too short, I feel like I need to go do a research about what you just explained.
What’s there to explain just eliminate sugar, that’s obvious. sugar creates cavities.
Sir,oil pulling twice a day can reduce cavity of dentin?Pls help🥺
@Kira P Yes it can, because it's closer to the pulp where nutrients flow. It's enamel that can't be remineralized as far as I know.
@Melnie Why would that make sense? I hear a lot of people say this. If you can remineralize the enamel, then why can't you do it to dentin? It's the same process right?
@@weneedmoreconsideratepeopl4006 Nut sure about dentin, but enamel *CAN* and *IS* remineralized frequently and naturally, like said on the video.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tooth_enamel#Remineralization
@@ledomc2007 not a dentist but based on what limited knowledge I have, dentin is basically a bunch of microtubes that lead straight to the pulp. Even if you do remineralize it, the bacteria can quickly get to the pulp through these microtubes, and this might happen faster than the remineralization process. Now you need a root canal since the pulp is infected.
I found a cavity on my rear molar (thanks wisdom tooth for making it difficult to brush, should’ve gotten that removed when I was younger), going to the dentist in a couple days and hoping the news isn’t too bad.
Hello, i have a small cavity should i go to the dentist now or wait
Only filling can do work
@@mountainrock1760 this video says you can heal cavity naturally and you are saying only filling. You are calling this video a liar. People in comments said their cavities healed without filling. Seems you are the liar.
Isn't it a bit strange that if a cavity is to big to heal, the dentist just drill more in it an damage the tooth even more by making it bigger.
I had root canal long back after that I had crown on my tooth but recently when I went for cleaning my dentist told me I have cavity underneath my crown is it possible and can I reverse my cavity and how please help
you may try oil pulling , for example with coconut oil for 10-20 minutes a day
floss and brush after every meal preferably with non fluoride toothpaste
chew on a few cloves daily especially near the cavity area
squishes with saltwater or himalayan salt
cut down on sugar
vitamins like D3 , k2 as well as calcium might be helpful
askthedentist.com/foods-heal-cavities/
I'm not a dentist, but how do you think anything is going to get underneath the crown? This is stupid. The worst part is that the dentist takes note of this and tells you, but doesn't give you a sense of what this means, because it means more money for him if you do nothing and he doesn't really care about your health. Find a new dentist and get it fixed asap because you will loose the tooth!!!!!
@@HollywoodCreeper it can be seen through xray
Go to a dentist that knows what he is doing and fix it. Holy shit.
@@mountainrock1760 Why are you telling me this? IIIIII KNOW..... That is not even the question, but tell the idiot that has a million cure ideas.
Luckily i have only a one hole cavity
Oil pulling with coconut oil
By the time you notice you have a cavity, wont it probably be a little too late?
they are saying not! yay!
GREAT VIDEO THANKS YOU GOODNESS 🌟 DAPHNE COTTON ALWAYS 💜
You have to have vitamin k2 for your teeth!
Okay but what do you I do to heal my cavities if I am vegan??
Stop being vegan
Do vegan keto! This way you don't have much sugar in your system to feed the cavity. It's not impossible or as restrictive as you might think at first.
If you eat the meat raw it still counts as vegan
i had 2 cavities which i had to do RCT (root canal treatment) . from then i m very concious of my oral health ... but today i saw a very little (like a dot) black spot on my another tooth ... i need to do something of it
Dude same. I have done 2 RCT, but now I have 4 more cavities
@@fredi1505 follow what his and also of course brush for at least 10 mins and floss 2xs a day or more if you can. stay on top of it, or it will spread.
@@Butterflyhearts23 Thanks but I already fixed all my cavities. Thankfully filling a cavity in my country is pretty cheap. Most of them were between my teeth so I've started flossing regularly and brushing more often. To everyone who comes across this comment PLEASE take care of your teeth, you will avoid excruciating pain and sleepless nights as well as better overall oral health. Start by brushing and flossing every day, even if not for long, it's better to be consistent, if possible try to lower your processed food and sugar intake.
If you want to stop further delay, read Ramiel Nagels book. You can halt 100% of decay. Me taking high mineral raw butter oil mixed with cod liver oil every meal, plus coconut oil pulling, or salt water in a water pik(high quality salt as well). That alone so far is making my transparent teeth fill in. I didn't even begin yet. And that's on top of what I'd consider a bad diet. I was just testing it out before I switched up my diet like crazy
how about tooth craze?😢
I have a small spot on my bottom tooth not big but only noticeable when looking in the mirror it’s now starting to worry me because Iv never had this issue can I fix it before it gets worse also my dentist is closed because of the virus going around they don’t want to risk anyone going in so I need to some how fix it at home is there anything I can do to help these dark spots to make them go away.
ThBk God I have two small cavities and I already was taking magnesium and lots of calcium hopefully it will go away
Did it ? Or you went to dr?
I realised the Black thing in my mouth. I thought it was a cake piece stuck
good grief

Ugh! The paleo diet is not the answer. Vitamin K2 is the answer. Most people today are deficient.
Vitamin D3 is also helpful. Again, most people are deficient.
Nice.
Paleo diet...more fire-roasted mastodon for me.
I didn't understand anything
Question: can anyone explain exactly how the paleo diet remineralizes your teeth?
Great question!! Paleo diet, by definition, is a diet that our ancestors ate, and that is up for debate what that really consisted of. Most will agree that it’s devoid of processed carbs and processed sugar. The lack of these ingredients is the prime reason the paleo diet is good for your teeth. There’s very little demineralization going on with this diet. Also, nutrients like K2 that are very prevalent in the paleo diet (and not so much in the western diet) are excellent for promoting tooth health.

@@askthedentist thanks for this video Dr.. on may month I noticed small black spot on surface of my upper tooth ..... I researched a lot and still searching ....

Can i ask you one thing?
Can Garlic and Salt can cure cavities naturaly in 15 days?

LOL. I love your videos, but this was not at all helpful. Is this paleo diet Theory even based on any science? I wish you would have at least explain the mechanism through which you think a paleo diet helps remineralize your teeth. Sounds like pseudoscience otherwise.
