The RUclips algo just popped this up for me and I'm so stoked. An F-150 exploring in my neck of the woods.
Git er done! Proud scar right there to show your truck ain't just a grocery getter.
Nice Trip Dude…brought your Truck close too the limits, but if I saw the camp set up, legit worth it 👍👍👍
Nice trail!
I watched your last video of fortune creek & went up Tuesday. Ran into guy with his family in a Mojave Gladiator. He was heading up Van Epps but got lost. I pointed him the way but warned him of the trail. It was his 1st weekend with the truck & his wife was telling him to do it. They were using Google maps, no winch or offroad gear & had tires at highway psi. Luckily he didn't attempt the trail.
Looks like a very pretty forest! This is a pretty typical trail for Colorado. Sorry about the body damage 😬 but it isn’t much thankfully. The truck definitely looks rugged! It has a certain personality for sure. Love the video and your vlogs as usual!
Great video, I would love to come up to Washington and try this trail.
Thats a fun trail, had my tail light taken out by a tree near the mine after you go over the pass. That rock at
Sorry about the damage, but I love seeing other strong F-150’s taking the tough mountain trails. And, it doesn’t get anymore beautiful than off roading PNW. Nice truck set up, too. And, I have to hand it to you - you’re a lot ballsier than I am with the trails you take your F-150 up. And, by watching this video, you’re quite experienced exploring difficult mountain trails, too. Even with the truck damage, nice job on the trail. I look forward to seeing more of your off roading videos.
Good call on calling it. A winch would definitely help.
@ovrlndfx4 here! Great vid! Get some whiteknuckleoffroad sliders! Worth thier weight!
Brass balls man. Well done
Beautiful countryside... It doesn't look like you air down the tires.. still pretty impressive for a pick up. Kudos for getting out there and thank you for the footage of your journey.
Awesome video again. I’d like to attempt some rough trail off roading In my 2018 also.
Damn man that definitely sucks , definitely need some rock sliders. And your dang factory lockers is still bugging the crap out of me lol. Just doesn't seem like it's working like a locker should. Great video though man. Good to see a full size truck out there doing jeep trails.
I've driven Fortune Creek and Hawkins half a dozen times but still haven't tried Van Epps yet, I'm hoping to soon though.
It was a much nicer road when my grandfather built it. Also, at about the 6 minute mark, too bad you didn’t walk down by the waterfall, there is a very cool secret there.
F150 good truck but too narrow. I always scratch my f150 when go forest. Too tight road + trees. Good video
My uncle told me something, the truck isnt yours until you put a scratch or dent in it i just got a dent/scratch today while exploring in my f150.
Two vehicles is always a good idea. 1 Less likely to walk out. 2 A good spotter never hurts.
