In my experience most doctors are there to medicate, operate or refer you to another person. Chiropractors are usually the ones who understand how to look at the body as a whole and understand how everything is connected. They know that food is medicine and how many things such as chemicals, metals, parisites and fungus to name a few can affect overall health. Im not saying doctors are bad, they just have different training. There is a time and place for both, but I would seek natural healing any day before taking an Rx. Imo that should be the last resort.

I don’t see the plaintiff wanting screening for ovarian cancer due to talcum powder being successful. First, to win a lawsuit, a plaintiff has to show that they were harmed by the product. Second, as a physician and a woman who personally worries about ovarian cancer, I regret to tell you that no form of screening has been found to extend lifespan for ovarian cancer. Even a UK based study where women were given ultrasounds every 6 months did not show any increased survival time. It’s just not like breast cancer, cervical cancer or colon cancer where there are good screening methods that make a difference.

I found this out after having a hysterectomy. Despite all the ultrasounds & tests I had pre surgery, they did not know I had an encysted ovary until they were literally all up in there. The cyst which was quite large was removed leaving my ovary in tact but a few months post surgery my ovaries failed & I hit a hormonal wall of meno symptoms at 90 hours per hour. No idea how long that cyst had been there despite going for regular yearly exams for over 20 years & complaining of hormonal imbalance symptoms for at least 10. It's difficult to see the ovaries much less biopsy them uninvasively. I stopped using baby powder as soon as I knew about the possible connection to cancer.

I didn't know ovarian cancer was so hard to test for and that so many women don't know they have it until it is late stage until my 91yro grandmother was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer this Spring. They told us she had weeks to live but she surprised all her doctors and managed to live for two months.
There are some genetic tests that help see if you have an increased risk for ovarian cancers, but my grandmother tested negative for those mutations so obviously those tests don't rule out getting those cancers.

Mario may remain as creative director or some other title. Bobbi originally sold her company she sold he company to Estée Lauder but she remained creative director for years before she finally left completely. Selling to an owner with more financial means could mean expanding the brand beyond what he can do on his own.

I follow Doctorly, Dr. Dray, Dr. Daniel Sugai, and Dr. Shereene Idriss. Of those, I most trust Dr. Dray. In part, that's because she doesn't have her own brand to promote. But she's also very honest and straight forward in her explanations or products ingredients.

I love Dr. Idriss the most. Her brand isn't financed/owned by big venture companies. It's from her own money. I also love how she doesn't do sponsored videos and she's cut throat(if she likes a product, we'll know, if she doesn't she'll let us know whether the brand gets mad at her or not) she doesn't give AF 😅

Jen, I really hope you see this comment. I just want to say - I know you've expressed in the past that you don't want your channel to become too big, but I am so, so happy for your channel's recent growth and that so many others (25k+!!!) have found you. Maybe I'm just imagining it, but you are just absolutely glowing these days and ruminating your inner and outer beauty. You just seem so happy, and, call it parasocial, but I'm also just so happy *for* you! ❤ Keep doing what you're doing. Karma can work positively too, and it's so fun to see that happening in real time😊

This is a big problem with MLMs as well. They have these people on their teams & post them all over saying the doctor that formulated our groundbreaking product & they train the downlines with all the downright dangerous misinformation. I’m sure many of the distributors hear doctor & think medical but they’re almost NEVER medical doctors that are educated on things like cancer or addiction or autism- many of the things I hear them saying their products can ‘cure’ not even help which is gross enough. Same issue as this chiropractor. It’s so gross to use the credibility you have to lie to people or pretend you have knowledge on things you simply don’t.

I follow/check a lot of derm channels because no doctor regardless of specialty, is going to 100% agree/advise the same way. I watch Dr Dray, Dr Alexis Stephens (since she focuses on Fitzpatrick 4-6), Dr. Sam Ellis, Dr. Jenny Liu, Dr. Daniel Sugai. I check in on occasion with Doctorly, Dr. Idriss, Tea with MD, dermangelo, taraMD (for sunscreens on darker skin). Skin by Dr. Azi has good podcasts. I also check with Lab Muffin and Chemist Confessions. Other cosmetic chemists I've checked out are Javon Ford, April Basi, Esther Olu, KindofStephen, GlowbyRamon. I don't watch them often but you also have the derms who focus on expensive skincare like Dr. Kappel, Dr. Heather Rogers. There are a lot of resources who aren't chiropractors and there are a number of those with skincare and skincare lines who use doctor knowing that people will just assume those folks actually are derms.

I really don’t follow any doctors online because I find the whole thing super cringy. The exception is Dr. Dray bc I find her content educational and entertaining. everyone else that I’ve come across feels like watching an advertisement. I prefer to get medical information from trusted websites (key being trusted) because while it might be a lot less entertaining I don’t have to question the motives.
