- Join us at Cracker Barrel to try two new breakfast items and see what is left for Christmas this year. We will try the new Breakfast Benny that has been added to the menu and the French Toast and Chicken limited time Breakfast.

I retired from Cracker Barrel in 2012 when it became too difficult to carry the trays anymore. It's a fantastic company to work for! And like Bobbie, I like a little pancakes with my syrup. 4 to be exact lol.

The chicken and French toast looked good and so did the biscuit with hollandaise sauce. We were just at Cracker Barrel two nights ago and almost ordered the chicken and French toast. We’ll have to go back before the 23rd to try it. We agree with Bobbie - we like our syrup on our French Toast to be Buddy the Elf style too 😂 - 1 bottle is not enough. That’s so exciting that you guys are going to have another grand baby soon. Congratulations!! As always, we enjoyed y’all’s review.

Cracker Barrel is so Iconic. It’s always meant a warm friendly place to get some reasonably priced comfort food. When I was younger I would always chow down on their great breakfast specials. Can’t do that anymore but those meals you had this morning looked amazing! Peel those apples darn it!!

I love Cracker Barrel! I think they are reasonably priced and they are consistent. 4 years ago I traveled from CNY to Natchez Mississippi via the trace and Cracker Barrel was our go to restaurant. And their gift shop is adorable.

Another great CRACKER BARREL video!!! We ate there yesterday,Didn't have breakfast but lunch. The new chicken with bacon and maple syrup was great, also the fried catfish was wonderful as always. Thanks again for your videos.

I love hollandaise sauce. I made it for many decades in fine dining restaurants. It is egg yolk, lemon butter and a little touch of heavy cream all whisked over heat, if you add vinegar and tarragon then it becomes bearnaise sauce.
The Hollandaise sauce was very good. I did enjoy this breakfast. 😎😎
The maple syrup is from St Johnsbury, Vermont, I’ve been through there many times. You guys need to go to Vermont and try some of the special foods of that area of the country, such as maple creamies. Bobbie’s hat looks good on her. Apple cider doughnuts and pumpkin spice doughnuts are also good !

LOL@Bobbie - I agree to more syrup (and for me, a lot more powdered sugar too!). John - I prefer challah for my french toast, but any kind is good - sourdough sounds great! It was a big piece of chicken, but for some reason, I thought there would be a little more chicken. Loved that it was soft enough for you to cut through it with just a fork. Tender but you could still hear the crunch! Was there cinnamon in the french toast? I am always sad when they do that because I am allergic. :-( I know most people love it, but I can't. You both looked adorable today as always!

My mom didn't like the peelings on the apples either so I use to buy apples and my brother would peel them and make her cooked apples at home 😊

@@jbinthehills I'm from Atlanta and as a child we used to get delivery of Charles Chips and Pretzels from a van. I have not seen them anywhere except Cracker Barrel So tasty and crunchy!
Used to eat breakfast once a week at Cracker Barrel but no more. Grits are no longer included with any breakfast meals. Also, the breakfast meals now come with less food for more money. I wish they would have left the meals alone and just raised the prices a little like most other restaurants. I'll miss Cracker Barrel.

Have always enjoyed breakfast at Cracker Barrel but my favorite dish is no longer available; “Eggs in a Basket”. Go figure? It was on the menu for at least 30 yrs. Please bring it back…..

I hate to say it but our Cracker Barrel has been somewhat of a disappointment. It's a 50/50 on the food. They rarely if ever use the fireplace. I asked about it and I got a couple different stories. I really don't like the fact that they now serve alcohol. We were so excited when they decided to build here but due to the issues we hardly ever go. One thing I have noticed is they constantly change managers.

Sorry, Cracker Barrel can kiss our grits - won't be goin back. They removed our favorite item from the menu - grilled catfish. Uncle Hershels for breakfast. Country plate for lunch. Delicious catfish for dinner. Catfish, turnip greens, green beans, tobasco vinegar and cornbread - par excellence. French toast is something that we can have every morning at home. . .just sayin.

Eggs Benedict is my favorite heart attack on the plate breakfast. Add a side of scrapple and I would be in heaven! What I like about your videos is you are just two normal people going to places normal people would go and showing us what is there. Not a big fan of french toast, to much carbs for even me.

Cracker Barrel is HORRIBLE ANYMORE. Went to the one in Arkadelphia, and it's just as crappy as the one in Indianapolis

Cracker Barrel is not as good as it was before the Covid 19 . Service is not as good, food portions are smaller while the prices went way up. Just another big corporation.

Last tine at ate at the Cracker Barrel I ended up with explosive diarrhea for days! I felt like the space shuttle blasting off every time I had to RUN to the toilet.
