hlr joe is very suspect...
he comes from 2 cars behind you at the end of lap 2, passing you at corkscrew, to win by 15s with a pit on 4the lap.
it doesnt add up, not even with a great tune... the car itself is just not capable of that time within the parameters/physics of the game.

I had the same thought, it was one of his pursuers.. 2-3sec per lap, it's starting to hurt a lot 😔

I think next time, I need to download the race replay and review it myself, didn't want to jump on the conclusion. But yeah that was really fast lap time from him. And I think the gap between him and the second guy was big because the second guy doing a no-stop strategy and when he overtook him, he can create a big gap due to the second guy struggling with his tires at the last lap. CMIIW 😅
