These guys do rock yet so many people always have to compare them to other classic bands. And yes mainly Led Zeppelin. Get over it guys. Zeppelin was a great band but how many great bands was there in the 70s and 80s? These guys are holding the torch so listen to them and watch them live! They are more deserving than you realize perhaps. It’s nearly impossible in todays hi-tech world and with record companies to do what they did back then. And that was to appreciate their artists and believe in them. We need more of greta Van Fleet and more bands like them.
I like GVF, but they're really slow in releasing new material. You can't rest on your laurels as long as they do. Meanwhile, Band Maid (who also started in 2013) has released a catalogue of 8 different albums and over 110 individual songs. Check them out, they ROCK harder... and they're all females.

I mean I guess that’s a subjective opinion, I think it’s quite revolutionary, nice seeing people play around with the freedom of music again, love that they don’t believe in that whole perfection thing - the notes Josh hits are insane! And the harmonica is fun :)) an amazing record could come out of the skills they are requiring
