The way he looks at her, I’m telling you I’ve never seen Landon look at her the way Ethan looks at hope. Legacies revolves so much around Landon that it’s getting boring. Hope and Ethan are dynamic they really need to give Hope another Love interested because her and Landon are not it. They may be some love but it’s not epic. We need a more deep storyline, TVD and The originals set the bar high and this show had a lot of potential but they aren’t there yet. We didn’t even get a lot of interactions b/w Hope and Ethan but we can feel the chemistry something that Landon and Hope lack. They have a really great opportunity with Ethan and I really hope that the writers see that and not mess it up.

I'm pretty sure that at this point Hosie is out of the picture and I really hate this because they did have some chemistry but it's been completely forgotten. It also would have been cool because there's a literal love triangle but that doesn't work either, Hosie-Jandon-Handon, so there could have been some drama there but now it's just Hope and Landon while Lizzie and Josie work on their issues which means that MG and Lizzie is going to take a while. I also thought that Ethan's sister and Josie would have been cool but that would mean that his sister would have to move back into town first. Most likely it'll be His sister's ex and Josie, Handon and, after a while, Mizzie but this isn't quite what I was hoping for. It would also be cool if we see more of the rest of the Mikaelson family. Marcel, Rebecca, Lol, Davina, Freya and Keelin as well as Freya, Keelin and Vincent's son, Nik. Anyway, that's my opinion so far

i feel like hope loved landon because he was constant, he was a safe choice for her because she didn't have to worry about being left behind again and i wanted her happy. so if she was happy with landon, i liked it. but i think she needs the vulnerability of being in love with someone that she is afraid to lose, she needs something special that she will love despite her fears. ethan could be a good contender.
