Zoya's pixiedust and (easy to remove) scattered holographic polishes are both so beloved and popular, and there are so many more colors they could do in these formulas.

I don’t know what’s holding them back from making more scattered holos at least (but give me more pixie dust please) . Unless it’s an ingredient issue? They still stock the other scattered holos, so who knows
I’ll never stop loving Zoya’s pixie dusts or scattered holographics. I was also really disappointed by the non-creme half of this collection because the promo photos looked really cool.
Anyone looking for dollar store nail polish reccs: the LA colors Diamond Crush polishes are awesome microglitters in a tinted base that cover super well and are really comparable to what you previously could only get from indie brands :)
They completely missed the mark on these polishes. It was almost like they got caught forgetting that they needed to put out a spring collection.
It does feels like that haha
That Rhiannon looks like how my KB Shimmer reflective polish looks NOW however many months/year after they came out

Thanks for this helpful review. You saved me money. I probably will pick up Fleur though. I love that type of pink. I agree it's not groundbreaking, but I can't seem to resist this particular shade of pink.
oh no....I was kinda bummed seeing the predicable palette when it dropped but now I'm mainly shocked that the glitters look like trash. I wish they'd come back with the scattered holo formulas (Aurora, Merida, Dream, Storm, Blaze, etc.). OG Zoya fans would come running for any and all new colors in that formula!!

Great review Jess. It is such a pity these formulas are not good :( I love the names and now the formulas are bad! It is a big pity they did not do their scattered holo formula for these polishes. Scattered holos, and add in a peach, a mint and yellow too to make up the pastel rainbow! I am not sure why they never think of these things. I do adore pink creams so I am lucky, but I can see why others are let down by this collection. Hopefully they will listen to feedback and their Summer collection will make up for it!
You know what would have been so cute? I know people probably want the glitters to not exist at all, but they do. I would have loved to see cremes that matched them.

I love their pixie formulas and would have totally gone nuts for those first 3 colors as well IF they'd been that formula. At first I thought maybe they were reflective. Then I wondered if you could just add some thinner, but that's not going to help if they already don't dry. It's such a bummer cuz they look sooo pretty in the bottle.

This is very unusual for Zoya. I have TONS of Zoya glitters. Maybe a bad batch? Or maybe I have glitters/shimmers and not texture?
I think I have every polish they’ve released since like 2015 or 2016, this is definitely not normal for them. I’ve also never seen this finish so I’m sure what to think.

I would've grabbed Violetta so fast if the formula was good... Such a bummer because it's such a gorgeous shade of purple.
Some people (Zoya) don't know the difference between holographic and iridescent and it shows.

Wow, I wonder what happened, I got mine on Friday and I'm wearing Violetta in two coats and it dried ok in about 10 minutes for me, I tend to paint my nails then go watch a video but I set a timer for 10 minutes so that I dont just fall into a YT watching session. I have worn Hyacinth as a topper as well, I guess I'm going to wear Rhiannon today and see what happens. I agree, I wish these had been pixie dusts too, just because no-one else is doing them doesnt mean people dont want them. I adore my pixie's they're what I wear if I want to wear polish but I'm about to do something rough with my hands, I always put them on when needing to travel.
The dry time is especially strange because I would have sworn up and down that room conditions make the biggest difference there but I swatched 5 collections that morning and everything dried fine except for those 3 polishes. There are definitely some inconsistencies. I saw them across just my bottles from the collection so I think it’s safe to assume we’d see it varying across the entire stock. I think inconsistencies are normal, and an individual’s preference plays a role in that as well, but these were just beyond normal variation.
@@jessFACE90Well I've just put Rhiannon on and Ive got a sticky formula and a very slow dry time, ugh I am so disappointed, this formula is not their best and I as a collector am bummed, I will still use these as toppers because they are sheer on that first coat but I will never wear them as full manicures. I had someone else comment on my comparison in a FB group that their bottle of violetta was even stickier than your Rhiannon and Zoya has sent them a bottle of thinnner O.o
If they could just release a 12 polish collection of pixie dusts I’d buy them all so fast. I’ve made a mission in my collection to get as many of them as possible, and the OPI liquid sands. They were so good I don’t understand why they don’t make more
I may not be a fan of textured polishes but since two coats of top coat would solve that, I'm super okay with the compromise! I want Jess and many, many others get to enjoy said texture! Besides, glitters like the pixie dusts are always amazing looking!
I can never bring myself to topcoat a pixie dust but they do look amazing when they’re glossy!
The first 3 look so pretty in the bottle but then….FAIL! The creams are great but yeah, why 3 pinks?

It's a real bummer about these, because they look so pretty in the bottle. Also, I do love a bright pink, but 3 in one collection just feels lazy to me.
Zoya literally NEVER dries on me. Ive literally stopped buying them because its every polish
You need a quick dry top coat. Dries any polish in minutes.
@@BrittMFH ive used so many different kinds with them and it never works. Its just my nail chemistry with whatevers in zoya
I purchased this collection and I was also very disappointed with the glitter formulas. They were so thick and would not apply evenly at all. The crème ones seem to be good. .
I actually said “It’s so goopy” with Hyacinth. Then when you got to Rhiannon I realized I spoke too soon. Shockingly bad collection from Zoya on this one.

These collection does not scream spring to me. Three of the collection are cream which is very good. And the rest of the three looks like texture polish. I'm not a big fan of the texture polish because they look like Elmer's glue for glitter. I love the pixie dust polish in the past, but this one really miss the mark. I thought I was crazy! I knew I remembered a Phoebe but I didn’t think much of it because I couldn’t picture the color. Now that you mention matte blue I think I might actually have it!
Why can't they just do polishes in the same finish as Merida and Blaze and Aurora? These shades would have been so beautiful in that finish (the crushed flakes). I don't know why they stopped doing those after Cadence and the others from that collection...

I like the colors in this collection, but I'm really surprised that Zoya would release such a crappy formula. It's so unlike Zoya to do that.

Well I definitely did. From what I’ve heard from other people, they were hit or miss. I’m sure there is a personal preference factor there as well.
Oh I ment to say, your Ginni looks WAY darker than my bottle.
When I swatched it I was thinking it hadn’t always been that dark
@@jessFACE90Yeah I just looked at my bottle and she's a pale nude pink, mind you this polish is 10 years old now, came out in 2014 in the summer pixie launch.
Mine is from the original launch too, it’s always been stored in a Helmer drawer. Strange to see a polish get darker rather than fade with age. I do see some swatches on Google that look like mine, but I’m not sure how old those swatches are.
I said the glitters needed to be Pixie Dusts as well--Maybe Zoya would've brought back the trend! The excessive pinks were unnecessary. And Stevie Nicks should sue for the Rhiannon name use. Zoya, don't let your family members/blackmailers create a line.

Why don't they release more scattered holos in their original formula? I would love to see more of that instead of the weird specialty finishes they've been releasing lately. And also, why do all their collections always look the same?? It's always pink-purple-blue.
I thought the same when I saw the promo photos. That I’ve seen all these colors lined up for spring multiple times before. I’m not sure why they don’t do more of what people are asking for. I’ve always wondered if they want to keep the scattered holos ✨rArE✨so it’s always a big deal when they come out 🤷🏼♀️
The texture on these new glitter polishes is really strange. It feels like a pixiedust that isn't quite a pixiedust? Too textured to be a regular polish but not textured enough to give off that pixiedust effect. Wish they would've done these in their scattered holo, ugh. The cremes look beautiful but soooo similar to other polishes I have from them.
Lumpy is the only word I can think of. Not really even gritty like any other glitter would be.
I only got Violetta, and it is terrible. I could not believe how it applied on my swatch stick. Very dull and it did not level out. I contacted Zoya and they are sending me some thinner , but Im not sure that will help much. I see no sparkle or shine to it, even with topcoat. Big disappointment. 🙄

Really sad that the formulas are bad on the glitters as those are some pretty shades. The pinks are a yawn. Oh well, saves me money.

So disappointing. I adore their scattered holographic polishes and would LOVE if they made them in pastels like lavender and light aqua like these shades. What a shame.
Other than remove + I quit ordering from Zoya. The color of the month polishes were like this for me and they never dried even with top coat and they didn’t look sparkly on the nail like in the bottle. I get they are trying to be different because how many cremes can you make before you exhaust all the colors but man. These new polishes are terrible
I have received a couple of the monthly shades in PR but I haven’t swatched any of them yet, that’s a bummer to hear.
Beautiful colors but wow…someone in quality control needs to get retrained. I’m going pass on this and I am disappointed. Perhaps they can reformulate into pixie dust. I would use glitter grabber and be happy.

If a color is stunning I can work with a bad formula. The fact these colors are meh AND they don’t dry? It’s a hard pass.
Wow, they just dropped the ball here. This is what happens when you don't listen to your customers. Trying to be super unique will lose customers if not done right. Perhaps listen next time Zoya. They'll take a hit on these awful polishes. I've bought polishes like this. You get them and they're so thick they're just goop and no matter what you do they won't dry. Such bad quality. I have not purchased from Zoya in years because of quality issues. This just confirms that they haven't changed. It reminds you of a little kids play nail polish. You know the kind that won't really stick to anything and will wash out of clothes. The cremes did look nice. But I'll pass
