Nothing sounds better than Jack playing a telecaster. They just seem to suit him so well.
Totally agree.
Jack doesn't need a drummer. Built in
Great playing. Absolutely fantastic. What a great rhythmic feel. I have been stung by this Jack guy before and bought one after hearing him play it. My will is strong now hopefully. haha
jack the best guitar reviewer for the sound !!! and nothing else matter
Lovely guitar. I've wanted some kind of butterscotch relic'd Tele for years. I think I'd miss not having a 22nd fret on a guitar like this though.
Brilliant playing as usual is this 51 similar spec to joe bonamassas bludgeon
Does this neck look like the original?? Thick at the head and smaller on the body ?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I have played a few Fender Custom Shop guitars - and own one - and they are great. No doubt. However, the CNC machine that cuts the bodies for them is fundamentally no different to the ones used to cut Squire blanks and entry-level Fender instruments. Same for the necks.
And here’s where I start to get confused - Squire ranges, such as the Classic Vibe, are amazing but many of the new Player Series examples I’ve picked up have been duff.
If I was starting out now I’d pick a Squire guitar over a mass-produced Fender one every day of the week. In fact, despite playing Fender for 45 years I’d probably look at a different brand entirely. Are we heading back to the CBS [and Norlin] era of guitar manufacturing where quality control is creating a gulf between affordable and top class instruments? I hope not...
WELL DONE
Tele with a Humbucker in the neck.
The ultimate raw set up.
Max Twang and Max Bang.
I FOUND..
If you EQ your amp more Bass less Treble
with your guitar on the bridge PU
and tone almost completely rolled off
and use the Middle position on the switch??!!
You can then begin to explore the amazing wah effect with high frequencies.
By just using you pinky on the tone and with volume knob swells.
This sounds especially good with FATcrunch distortion signals. Alternating your picking attack
And,
If possible low wattage tube amps in stereo.
