@sweetlynsane1287 at certain points you can almost the pain in his face when he’s screaming, it’s sad that some fans complain that he doesn’t scream often enough now, but they forget his voice pays his wages. Don’t get me wrong I love all their older songs, but it’s nice to see that they’re not afraid of going in a different direction. I really do love LIBAD though because Matt’s voice is really smooth, the big bonus I think everyone needs to appreciate is that they have some of The Revs lyrics in LIBAD, a fantastic way to pay tribute to him and keep his memory alive
He says he is pretty careful now and you can hear how his screams are more about compression now instead of literally just rasping his voice over the mic
