I wanted to get a pair of ugg boots _really_ soon but have heard their sizing can be a bit tricky to navigate. I wear a size 8 in woman’s U.S. Was thinking of just getting a size 8 in the pair of boots I wanted from ugg lol, but don’t know if that’s the right decision. Can you recommend a size you think I should get haha?
Hey! From my experience, if you're getting the classic suede boots, stick with your regular size. They tend to feel a little snug at first until the lining inside moulds to your feet. With the Ugg winter boots, you could either stay with your regular size or size up depending on if you want a snug or comfortable/looser fit. If you're someone who wears thicker socks, definitely consider sizing up for the winter boots. I sometimes find winter boots (in general) fit a little smaller due to the extra lining inside of the boots. But of course, it'd be best to try them on if you can! :)
I sized down in my ugg boots - they’re a 9 and I’m usually a 10. Found the 10 fit, but with another pair I’d had before, my toes weren’t at the end so I would end up putting a hole in the boot over time where my toe pressed against it. I mostly wear my boots with bare feet or thinner socks though and they are snug with anything thicker. In the slippers I have a 10! Thanks for watching and I hope that helped a little!
I still wear mine all the time and the fur has worn down a bit under where my foot is, but they're still very cozy! I believe you can even get shearling insoles if you really wanted to make the fur back to new again.
