@@redpilledpatriot8484it would be getting a lot less if it was the v6 and you did this to it. The standard colorado with the 2.8 can get around 30mpg. The ZR2 is listed at 21mpg because of the lift, tires and components. So if they are getting 22.7 they lost nothing by doing this but gained lift among other things.
I have a stock 2018 ZR2 diesel and I've been averaging mid to high 20's for MPG at around 7000 miles now, and it appears to be increasing over time as the engine starts to get broken in. If hes getting 22.7 with the increased tires and gear, that's friggin awesome! Heres what I get when I cruise around 40 MPH, ruclips.net/video/BOd4oHLBOhs/видео.html
Hi. Nice truck and video. I’m new to the zr2 game and would like to ask a question. With the spacer lift in front did you have to alter your bump stops ? I have a spacer (5/8”) and want to put it in but hearing conflicting statements about if a bump replacement is needed. I don’t off road much so don’t know if it’s needed. Thank you.
Having a winch on the stock plastic bumper does it hold up good? I’m debating on getting a steel front bumper for a winch but if it holds up good I’ll just do what you did looks good.. let me know thanks
Nice ZR2 build! I am wondering if you have had any issues with the Titan Spare Tire Buddy coming loose on the trails? How reliable has it been while wheeling off-road
I have one for my 285 I run in the bed and it did just fine while being what I would consider not super snugged. If you pop that thing out the mounting of your spare will probably be the least of your worries.
I have a 2018 ZR2 with the same ReadyLift leveling kit. I still had to trim to fit 285/70r17 under the truck. Please explain how you fit 295 lol. ALSO do you think we'll need longer bump stops for that leveling kit to prevent damper over compression?
Yes you will need bigger bump stops. Belltech 4924 universal bump stops with a 1" level. It'll need some slight trimming to fit. A body lift kit and light trimming will help fit tires bigger than 33".
Hmm, not sure about that. There is some slight rubbing at full bump but not enough that we had to trim anything. We have been driving it like this for a couple thousand miles and haven't had any issues with it. Extended bump stops are recommended.
Awesome Build, just amazing I will be purchasing one of these trucks to join my JKUR...Keep up the great work and builds
295/70/17s with just a leveling kit? What other mods did you have to do? All my research shows that the max is 285s and with fender mods.
Why do so many of us adventurers and overlanders live up here in the PNW???? Hahaha
Phenomenal build man!!!!
Very nice truck!
Nice truck 👍🏻
Nice video, love the truck!
Thank you
The Zr2 looks great, What kind of mpg are you getting with the 4.56 gears and bigger tires?
Currently averaging 22.7 MPG over the last 450 miles.
Elias Gonzalez dang, the extra $3500 you paid for a Diesel isn’t really paying off MPG wise.

@@02productions52 Yeah generally about 10000 miles it's fully Broken in And you are correct the MPG will be much better
Grate info thanks you 👍🤙🇺🇸
Fantastic truck...I'm jealous!
Looks badass
can you add some of the links to the products you have on your truck?
Sure can!
how much more Horsepower and Torque are you getting with the tune exactly? how much did the tune cost alone? and did it void your warranty at all???

You need to take that DPF off

If I remember correctly this is chevys remake of the Suzuki dmax.
What was the exhaust again?
The truck has the Magnaflow DPF back exhaust system installed.
Did you say height-th?
Is that 4.56 gears for the front too?
If he wants to still use the 4x4 it should be.
And what was the tune
Calibrated Power Spade, sport tune.
you said the rack brand so fast I couldn't catch it so can you tell me what brand, please?
Prairie Off Road. Leitner designs.

thanks all. i hope they got something that will fit the fronty
Very truck !
Very nice I meant
Lost me at emissions friendly. Worse fuel mileage all just so the exhaust is "cleaner."
Off-road power products is crap, try using their website. They apparently do not carry wench bumpers for MJ/XJ’s. Lame at best.
