Vegeta's own home planet had the exact same level of gravity as Pui Pui's home planet (hence the line "I don't even feel it."), so it literally did Pui Pui no good (in fact, it may have just hurt Pui Pui far more than it helped him). And if gravity would have actually been a factor, Pui Pui should have been even faster than he was shown to be, since Earth having ten percent of the gravity of Pui Pui's home planet should have meant Pui Pui would have felt incredibly lightweight while on Earth. Transporting Pui Pui to his home planet from Earth would likely have wound up *slowing Pui Pui down* rather than making him faster. And Vegeta regularly trained at 450-500 times Earth's normal gravity, and pretty much on a daily basis at that. It's very likely that even if Pui Pui were to have landed a hit on Vegeta, that it would have either had no effect, or only injured Pui Pui due to the massive power difference between Vegeta and Pui Pui. After all, there have been instances where it's shown that if someone attacks someone with a far superior power level, they could just end up hurting themselves. Such as when a thug punches Gohan in the face, Gohan is unhurt (though he lets the punch knock him over so that Videl doesn't figure out Gohan's secret), while the thug later says that he thinks he busted his hand when he hit Gohan, by saying "it felt like punching a sheet of solid steel, no joke."
Vegeta's gravity training aside. Planet Vegeta's Gravity was also 10X that of Earth as was King Kai's planet..... Soooooo not so impressive even Yamcha would have been able to move around fine.
Adrian Marley Goku trained in 100x gravity on the way to Namek. Forget 10x Goku got bored of that after leaving king Kai's planet xD then Vegeta began training in earnest at 400x gravity on earth training in prep for the androids. Combine that with the SSJ multipliers, and on top of that Vegeta and Goku are used to 400x training already and I seriously think Vegeta did have to be told that the planet had 10x the gravity of earth, a gravity change that low probably didn't even register to him

It's definitely right up there with Goku's brutal beatdown by Piccolo. I actually find myself cringing a little more at Videl's fight. Even though Goku definitely got it worse, his fight was so over the top that it didn't feel quite as 'real' as Videl's. Don't really know how to explain it better.

The Kai's are no where near Vegeta's league... So to all intents and purposes Vegeta IS indeed the most powerful fighter alive.
As far as I can remember, the only thing edited out is when it jumps to Babidi and Dabura talking. The entire fight was shown. Not sure if you'll remember, but during the Goku v. Vegeta fight, Vegeta talks about how the Supreme Kai was constantly surprised by their strength. Its pretty much this fight and Goku's fight against Yakon right after this that he's referring to (and possibly Gohan's fight against Dabura, but that one is interrupted and as one-sided).
Vegeta in my eyes has the hardest life of any character in the series. If you think about it having a ruthless tyrant take your dad away then murder all your loved ones I mean vegeta is ruthless but god damn who wouldn’t be. Lol
Spopovitch versus Videl was one of the most brutal beat downs in all of Z. It's a true recommender to watch. Also a trivial note: Hercule Satan actually fought against Spopovitch during a martial arts tournament and beat him. At the tournament during the Buu arc Satan and everyone else were surprised how he got so much stronger. Of course they didn't know it was Babidi's magic that had enhanced their powers. Vegeta took notice of that and let himself get controlled so he could get a power boost to match Goku.

This was one of the most one sided fights in the whole Dragon Ball series, including the movies and both GT and Super. Not only did Vegeta not transform into a Super Saiyan, he didn't even power up in his regular form and he was just going with the motions, he wasn't even trying but he was outclassing Pui Pui.
Supreme Kai (Little guy next to Goku and Gohan) hasn't been paying much attention to earth, he had no idea how strong Saiyans were initially, so when he was first introduced he just spent a lot of his screentime asking important questions like "Why aren't you ganging up on your opponents? Why aren't you going straight to your strongest form? Wy aren't you just taking opponents down before they have a chance to get stronger and bite you in the ass?"
Most of the Buu Saga is just a series of "no, this is the worst possible scenario! We don't stand a chance! We've already lost! The universe is doomed!" Followed by "Well, that was disappointing. You talked him up so much, I went and overdid it. A lot.". Only Gohan disappointed when it came to his turn. Dabura was maybe as strong as Perfect Cell, and not Super Perfect Cell. Goku or Vegeta would have just bullied Dabura. Goku by accident of thinking Dabura was hiding his true power, and Vegeta because, well, he's Vegeta. Also, when Pui Pui realized how screwed he was, it was when he heard the piano. He must have been thinking "Why do I hear Secret Super Boss music playing?"
Fun fact for SpazMan the saiyan's home planet has 10x Earth's gravity. In early DBZ King Kai says part of the reason saiyans are so strong is because of their planet's gravity.
