Hi! The picture frame you found with the writing on the back is indeed Haiti and the writing on the back *Il est vraiment agréable de te revoir parmi nous. En cette occasion spéciale, nous avons le plaisir de te souhaiter une "Joyeuse Anniversaire" et une "merveilleuse vie". A notre frère chéri: Valérie et Sandy 30/10/94* is in French. Translated it says : It is really nice to have you again with us. On this special occasion, we are pleased to wish you a "Happy Birthday" and a "wonderful life". To our dear brother: Valérie and Sandy 30/10/94 So I'm thinking it was made especially for him. Watching from French-speaking Quebec, Canada!
Thank you so much for translating that! I'm going to pin this comment. I really appreciate it. So it was likely something hand made, and sentimental. Which makes it very special. But probably not too valuable.
You may have been told, however, I would like to inform you. I have several Marine friends, and as past military myself. We would always keep our previous rank patches. The amount patches you were showing would tell me they had several amounts of different uniforms. Each uniform would have a patch on each shoulder. We would also have a specific uniform all decorated and in store for very special occasions that would require our best, i.e. inspections, Change of Command ceremonies. The extra ribbon bars you were finding, were to have as spares for last minute repairs. I myself, still have one of each of my uniforms, and all my medals and ribbons are placed in safe keeping. Unfortunately, he was not so lucky. Unless, he had his best safely at home. I hope this may help answer some questions as to why you found extra of items.
Jack..... “inside out” jerseys, T-shirts, and other clothing are cleaned/wash/dry because they are preserving the OUTSIDE of the clothing. Retains color and any added silk screening or patches are better protected.
I realy enjoy watching your videos Your enthusiasm and sense of humor honesty and sensitivity with previous owners are all enjoyable to watch and rare nowadays.
Truth, on printed clothing, walking inside out protects the emblem. It’s a good thing to find them hanging or stored neatly inside out means it was well cared for
Shooty Babbit played second base for the A's for a couple of years. He was fun to watch. He'd got a single and to come to a stop, he'd slide in the dirty after rounding first base.
I later tried to look it up and was surprised when I couldn’t find the maker. Duh. I should have realized that. I’ll blame it on the heat! Thanks Jenny.
Jack, do you scan the titles of the books before recycling them? I know that it’s scarce, but the right books can fetch a pretty nice return. Also, I’m sure the public libraries would be grateful for such a donation of books as well. Great finds, btw. The Tiffany Swiss Army knife was probably my favorite find of the day, but some great Pensacola well.
I usually scan a few books, and when I see that the prices are low, I give up. I probably miss quite a bit. But I have found thousands of books over the last 3 months alone, and it’s just not feasible. But I do list good ones I find, and I have about 3 totes of books in my garage that are all listed on Amazon. I probably sell 1 or 2 $25 books a week, which isn’t too bad.
God bless you and your family and another great video and thanks for sharing and keep them great videos coming and I send you and your love ones lots of blessings always and a great unit so far
I used to deal with a lot of clothes on Ebay, but moved on considering the time it takes to list and then actually sell. I still keep vintage and high end items I come across and then sell off what I can to a clothing resale shop. I averaged $3-$4 per item my local shop accepted. Not great, but easy way to make some of your money back quick and not have to deal with it.
That’s a great idea. I’m all for wholesaling. Especially with low to mid priced items. I’ll grind it out with the better stuff (EBay, live auctions, etc) but the rest of it has to love quick or I won’t have time to buy that next unit.
He was selling real estate until 2017, but then...? He had some classy things, for darn sure. Those pens are world class, especially Cartier. Tiffany knives were amazing.
Jack, if the clothing is ' inside out '.. THAT is a good thing. I saw someone comment on Storage Pirate a few weeks ago when he had all those Vintage Concert T-Shirts that they do that to protect the logo on the front of the shirts. Be GLAD they are inside out-- that means money
The bulldog is the corps mascot, I believe. Hope he didn't loose his property due to being stationed overseas. The round metal you pulled out of the tote is a field stove/heater.
Do you know what happened to the person who owned that unit? Being military hopefully did not die in combat. Do you ever research the people behind the units? Just curious. Nice items you found.
Patricia Sheehan sometimes I do the research, but lately not often because of time constraints. This guy is alive and well, and I think currently is a real estate agent.
@@LockerNuts He appears to be missing since 2017. No record of him. He hasn't sold and real estate since 2017. Also you should open the other boxes I doubt they were all the stadium.
Jack, what ever happened with that Prada briefcase? I looked it up online and that one was for sale for $3,650.00. That would pay for your whole unit and cash back!! It is a Saffiano Leather Briefcase.
Hugo Boss is an expensive brand. So that shirt and any suits, especially suits, will be worth money. Some great finds especially the Tiffany money clips and the Cartier pen.
hey jack love the videos but i have a question for you, while watching this vid i saw a badge on wood bieng a vetran myself and a collector of , law enforcement fire and military badges old and newer do you still have it and do you want to sell it
There's no such thing as a breeze in this business Jack. It's either going through a locker and it's hot and still, or setting up at the flea market in a monsoon with everything getting blown over.
Military medals also have the ribbon for the uniform. US Armed Forces do not wear the actual medals anymore. And yes, he likely did earn all those medals and awards.
I thought it would be cool to try and buy lockers and see how it worked out, after watching this, i think all that would have happened is i found out i was 3k in the hole and i'd be looking for Kerry to give him his stuff back. Maybe i'm just not a business man so i guess i'll just go back to work and punch in.
I see the Cartier Pen lists new for $500 but listed on ebay used for $350. That $190 must be a pre 2000 price, will be looking for it to go in your next auction for at least $250. Wish there was a better shot of what was written on the back of that Haiti piece. Think it might have been from a "female" admirer!! 1994 was when there was a US embargo on Haiti.
Clothes are inside out because you should always wash your clothes inside out, and hanging them inside out saves them from fading and damaging any prints on them such as Giants logo etc..
The medals come in a box. You keep the large one, the others are for your uniforms. The reason he had so many patches is every time you go up in rank, you strip the old off and sew on the new. He just kept all his old. You are looking at a unit of someone who's military service was years. He may have even retired from the Marines, why everything he owned was so well taken care of is that is what he was taught. Marines who are lifers more often than not are 'Squared away'. Please be respectful of his awards and medals, he earned them. I do ask if he is deceased, if he is, it would be a nice gesture to try and return the medals to his family.
Reading through the comments, I came across one that said he was MISSING? That's bad. Is it possible to give the medals to his family? They may appreciate it.
I really wish you had been more discreet with name of this man. You are showing all his private military things. Even though he lost this locker hes still a human who served our country his name should be private. I was able to find him on Facebook and Twitter.

You’re fun to watch and funny. So many other RUclips folks are so boring. Thank you for being you and entertaining.
When you find military medals take them to the V.A. they normally have a way to get them to the soldier or their family. Don't put them on ebay.
You may have been told, however, I would like to inform you. I have several Marine friends, and as past military myself. We would always keep our previous rank patches. Love how you do things and the enjoyment you take in your work!
Thanks!
All the ribbons and awards you found were the ones he got durning his time in the Marines I’m sure
Metal circular thing in the military tub is a hat former/shaper
Ah! I can totally see that. Thanks for the ID!
When awarded a medal, the awardee receives a 'full' size, a 'uniform' size and in his case a 'miniature' for the dress uniform.
That makes a lot of sense. I was wondering why he has so many, and why some were still in the package. Thanks!
Shooty Babbit played second base for the A's for a couple of years. He was fun to watch. He'd got a single and to come to a stop, he'd slide in the dirty after rounding first base.
Hallo from Belgium. I like the way you "unbox" the things.
Thanks!
The "K Joseph" in the shirt was the previous owners name, not a clothing brand.
I later tried to look it up and was surprised when I couldn’t find the maker. Duh. I should have realized that. I’ll blame it on the heat! Thanks Jenny.
The heat is a good thing to blame!!!! It can really get to you!!! I don't tolerate the heat well at all!! I really enjoy your videos!!!
Great finds Jack. Love how you put those ebay things up. Looking forward to the auction tomorrow nite!!!
I love watching these videos but it makes my heart hurt a little when its a soldier and its like their whole life in a box .
Hey Jack! People sometimes hand clothes, shirts especially, so the anger does not cause a bubble on the shoulders.
Skip to the end? Never! Cool finds!
brknarow22 thanks Amber!
Awesome and then some. Thank you for sharing

When loved one of the military hats too
God bless you and your family and another great video and thanks for sharing and keep them great videos coming and I send you and your love ones lots of blessings always and a great unit so far
Thanks so much
Hello from Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada. Thanks for sharing your great video’s please keep them comin
We got up to 116 today here in Sun City Arizona!
Yikes!
I used to deal with a lot of clothes on Ebay, but moved on considering the time it takes to list and then actually sell. Tiffany swiss army knife is selling for more than 100 bucks on eBay.
Do u check the pocket on the jackets men love to hide money or jewerly
Sometimes, but not often.
He was selling real estate until 2017, but then...? He had some classy things, for darn sure. Those pens are world class, especially Cartier. Tiffany knives were amazing.
cool finds, i like those wood elephants, hopefully ill see them monday night up at the auction
It was 110 here in West Texas yesterday! Major power outages due to heat. Ugh!!
That's no fun! Hopefully the temps don't stay in that range too long.
The bulldog is the corps mascot, I believe. Hope he didn't loose his property due to being stationed overseas. The round metal you pulled out of the tote is a field stove/heater.
A lot of soldiers do not display their medals, especially if they have PTSD.
Do you know what happened to the person who owned that unit? Being military hopefully did not die in combat. Do you ever research the people behind the units? Just curious. Nice items you found.

Love the hand carved elephant!
Sort of makes me sad, knowing this gentleman gave many years of his life to the country and it all ends up in a storage.
Many of the storage stories are sad ones, unfortunately.
Yes so true, that's what i was thinking while watching this entire video. so sad.
I would defo find the person who owned the medals and give them back
WoW!! Great finds. I love the pens!
nola skiles thanks Nola! Those will be in an upcoming live auction. Not tomorrow’s, as that’s already set and it’s going to be epic!
Congratulations on such an amazing unit.
Thank you!
“Should we do it , or should we wait ... let’s do it , nah let’s wait”..... meanwhile, Mookie’s eye starts to twitch. Jack!!
Jack, what ever happened with that Prada briefcase? I looked it up online and that one was for sale for $3,650.00. That would pay for your whole unit and cash back!! It is a Saffiano Leather Briefcase.
It is recommended to turn shirts inside out when there are graphics before cleaning. They last longer.
That does make sense. Thanks!
its a kuwait commemoraty medal given to desert storm vets, i got one too
Marine uniform hats are called covers, OORAH!!
Hi Jack...Keep trucking 😎
Truck yeah!
The shirt at 9:23 is called a "burn out" shirt. Sold a ton of those at a western store I worked at. Still available online.
Its a great video.
Lets keep on rolling.
Love all your videos.
Hope you make a great profit.
I appreciate it!
In that paper work if you find his DD 214 it will tell you alot about his service
Hugo Boss is an expensive brand. So that shirt and any suits, especially suits, will be worth money. Some great finds especially the Tiffany money clips and the Cartier pen.
Yeah this dude has some taste.
How much would you take for the military boots. I am interested please.
Do you have any of the items from Haiti left? Would be interested in purchasing.
Talkin teasing what's Locker nuts laughed so hard I peed my pants a little bit I don't know why that caught me so funny but it was hella funny
hey jack love the videos but i have a question for you, while watching this vid i saw a badge on wood bieng a vetran myself and a collector of , law enforcement fire and military badges old and newer do you still have it and do you want to sell it
Danbury Mint is all expensive! But they have some really nice stuff.
I would love to be able to get the beach towel the Marine beach towel if you're selling it
The towel actually has a big hole in it, so that’s headed for the flea market unfortunately.
Hey Jack What size are the dress clothes?
Most of the shirts range from large to double x but I didn’t look too closely at the dress shirt sizes.
Hey Jack, seen a similar model Cartier pen sold on ebay for $380. good score!
Nice!
Shirts are expensive in NZ, id buy a bulk selection for work.
Check that plastic coated map really good. Some military maps are worth al9t.
Jack: Hello Everyone!
Everyone: burn that shirt
Please try to return his medals to him!
ERIC is an acronym....It was a marketing program for customer referrals at AT&T
Enjoyed the video! Great finds🍀
Thanks!
Your "I really don't know" at 11:45 is a hat blocker, used to keep the pristine shape of the dress hats.
Ok where’s the safe from the first thumbnail of the 3 videos? Did I miss it?
Nope, you didn't miss it. I'm saving that for the end, after I go through the boxes then I'll open the safe. Grand finale!
I watched the whole thing! You found some amazing stuff! 💕
Thanks Dani Mae!
Ok I checked eBay on that money clip by tiffany 1837 ...it is low end $150, high end $300 ...just around those numbers
Beautiful ceramic bulldog!
The pen with the top 5 looked like a Mont Blanc
Brenda Holt thanks! I’ll take a closer look.
Your to funny I like your comments gives Your video is a little humor which is needed always
I think you're right Jack, he was probably a lieutenant or something high ranking so he was in charge of issuing out medals, patches etc.
Definitely with the AT&T watches those t-shirts definitely boost (Mobil)
You need to Poshmark or at least a high start bid!! Congratulations on the nice find!!
Add to your comment about auctions 'must spend money to be a member`
Bonnie Williams good idea. I should mention they are free to watch, but members only for bidding.
Jack, I think the word you were looking for when talking about that crystal pyramid was "prism".
There's no such thing as a breeze in this business Jack. It's either going through a locker and it's hot and still, or setting up at the flea market in a monsoon with everything getting blown over.
That's so true! Maybe we can ask Elon Musk to invent an outside thermostat / weather selector. Then I won't ever need to buy an enclosed trailer!
Military medals also have the ribbon for the uniform. US Armed Forces do not wear the actual medals anymore. And yes, he likely did earn all those medals and awards.
Nice score! Let me know when you out Cartier pens on eBay!
Will do!
I love that map!
That was definitely pushing the limits of how much to pay for the locker, but we are actually now in the profit on this one, barely.
Nice find
Jebus said your grreeaattt.
Thanks!
If it’s dry cleaned and inside out maybe it’s because of the logos or screen print on them not wanting it to peel, flake, etc.
K Joseph was the Marines name. The coat is a foul weather long dress coat......probably Marine issue.
What size are the pants
CHA-CHING !! Tiffany...dang..knife..who knew!
I never did! But I don’t exactly shop at Tiffany either.
Great finds that Cartier pen is gorgeous and the Black Cross pen amazing. Sorry I'm an office supply junkie lol 😆
Very interesting. Thanks!! I knew you’d be there to help. 😀
Most military members cut insignia off of uniforms when they replace the worn uniforms.
I never knew that. Thanks!
The pens you found you should sell on eBay you'll get top dollar because they're new also the metals
You ought to see if Justin Grimes or Rob at Lunkerstv would be interested In the military items.
Who is that? Never heard of them.
promo pens are a lot of times worth a lot with inscriptions from companies. Watches are the same way.
Denture molds sell on ebay lol
Some of the ink pens have 14k gold tips!
Clothes are inside out because you should always wash your clothes inside out, and hanging them inside out saves them from fading and damaging any prints on them such as Giants logo etc..
Morning all, hey Jack do you know much about the dude that owned the locker?. Is he deceased? .. cheers all....
I thought he was around still, but some other viewers have researched him and said it appears the guy is off the radar for the past couple years.
He definitely worked for AT&T....those awards are familiar to me....I worked for them for 31 years....
The medals come in a box. You keep the large one, the others are for your uniforms. The reason he had so many patches is every time you go up in rank, you strip the old off and sew on the new. heck he may of been a collector of military stuff
I really wish you had been more discreet with name of this man. You are showing all his private military things. Even though he lost this locker hes still a human who served our country his name should be private. I was able to find him on Facebook and Twitter.
Great video
Thanks!
