Carmen I really enjoyed all of your plants they are all beautiful and I learn so many much from you so keep up the good work and Thank You for sharing.
I can never get calathea to keep growing either, but maranta and ctenanthe, I find are a bit more forgiving. So happy all your cuttings made the trip home and are thriving!
Hi Carmen i just found your channel and i am so glad i did you are a beautiful lady with beautiful plants looking forward to more great videos from you thanks love from Greece.
My francisii has 2 pups that emerged from the mother plant. To my knowledge it doesn’t put down roots like the pinguicula does. Instead it grows upwards replicating the mother plant giving a fuller appearance. Enjoy it, Carmen.
Love your sanseveria samurai~ its bigger than what i have^^ Your plants are doing great. I have some time now so i can look for my plants so i won't envy yours lol
Hi Carmen, wow, the month of April has been great for your plant babies🤗. So much growth, both with the root systems and top growth. The eves needle is very impressive, such a beautiful plant, it make your mom proud 😊, being it’s a cutting from her. Yes haven’t gotten any of my Hoyas to bloom yet ugh, it’s been at least 4 years, but the have the tendrils going so I’m happy about that. Enjoy your weekend 🥰
Thanks Elizabeth! I talked to my mom yesterday and she was so happy to hear about how well the cuttings are doing. Let's keep our fingers crossed for our Hoyas!
I’m so glad that she’s happy, not surprised though, your thumb is super green😆 Yes let’s all see some blooms on our Hoyas. I went to Lowe’s this am and a huge hoya curtsii was water logged, so sad. Not worth trying to repot it, I did it once before and thought I could save it, and the plant died 2 weeks later ugh
My favorite are the red and lemon lime maranta. 🥰 I love them. I’ve not had one bloom yet and I get a bit of crustiness at times. But 😍 They are easy to propagate too.
Wow! They look wonderful!!!! I especially love the hoya!!! My plants have really gone off the deep end this past month too! I have had as much as 5 to 6 inches in growth! I am fairly new with plants, but I do so adore all the green I can get!!! LOL!!!!
Hi Carmen, Love your plants. So glad to see that they are happy and growing. I particularly love the marantas. I too live in Florida (Leesburg) and have killed off many calatheas. I currently have three that have been growing beautifully for about a year. They went downhill when I had to bring in for the winter but they do love it outside. I am going to try the marantas again and see what happens. Keep the videos coming. They are interesting and informative.
Hello fellow Floridian! I'm in Haines City. I have a Stromante Trio Star that I saved from clearance rack and it's on my front porch. It seems to love it there. Thanks for watching.
Oh Carmen, you look amazing!!! I love your hair! Your plant are so happy!!!!! I love that samurai is amazing. that price was fabulous! Beautiful plant babies!!
Hi Carmen, Thank you for sharing these wonderful pants with us. As to my favorite out of this group, I would have to go with the Sansevieria Francisii although I like all of these plants.🙂. It’s obvious that these plants are very happy in your care. Great job! 👌🪴🥰
Hello My favorite was the one wich u didn’t show in detail Liste but u Liste it at the end it’s the Euphoria 😊 I love them cz of I h e Olson a Euphorbia collection these spaces are very hardy And quite
The growth on those cacti cuttings is amazing! I just bought a sanseveria when I was on my way to check out too at Lowe's on Friday haha. I can't figure out yet what it is yet but it has really chunky leaves and I just couldn't not take it! That samurai you got is so cool and especially at that price!
I bought 2 small marantas in 3in pots..so now they are in 4in pots and growing well .I might combine them together. They're easier than the rattlesnake and trio star.
I do think they are easier than other Calatheas. Although here in Florida, the Triostar is common outdoor plant. I have one on my front porch in a pot and it loves it. How curious, right?
@@carmenwhitehead that's awesome. Maybe I'll put my trio star out on my patio. It'll probably benefit from the fresh rain water. I'll keep you posted ☺️
HI Carmen, the sansievieria franciseii is interesting. I have one also, bought on clearance and it's hardly grown, certainly not the baby you've got growing on yours! Keep us informed on her progress!!! I see online pictures of others with 'wayward' growth! It's a fun plant, for sure!
Mine was a clearance plant also and it looked so sad when I got it. I give it a good chop and put it on the patio. Next thing I knew it was growing an arm! LOL!
Hey Carmen, nice plants! I think your plants had ideal conditions the last six weeks! The Eves neadle looks great. Oh, i am waiting too that my hoya at home will blooming once a day. It grows well, but it never bloomt the last four years. I did not find out what to do to bring the hoya to blooming.😢 But i think the main thing is the hoya is healthy at all.😂😊. Your Sanseveria Samurai is looking great!❤ Do you still have the Sansiveria starfish in your collection? Best wishes from Martina from Germany, have a great time.❤
Carmen it looks like the lemon lime Maranta was initially in a 4” pot. When you repotted it did you uppot it? If so, what did you uppot it to? What are you feeding them, because they are really growing.
I actually haven't repotted them. They are still in the 4" nursery pot, just in ceramic and milk glass pots. I fertilize them with Elm Dirt Plant Juice every watering.
🤯Such fabulous growth!!!!! Eve's Needles and variegated Opuntia are on my wishlist 🥰😍. My Euphorbia Rubra is growing like crazy!! It has many pups, all grew about 3 inches😱! I have a Euphorbia White Ghost right next to Rubra. I received it with roots and about 8 inches tall in January. It was sent with a bag of Bonsai Jack's gritty mix,so I planted it in there. Do you have any tips? It has done nothing.🤔. Thank you in advance 🥰😍😘
They are all doing amazing, what a difference! Hard to pick a favorite. If I had to choose guess it would be the Hoya and prayer plants. They are gorgeous 😍
Hi Carmen, wow the plants are so awesome! Your Mom's love is spreading obviously, also you have the expertise on caring for them! Those roots! I can't believe how quickly they grew!! Have a blessed day!
Hi Carmen, I could not pick a favorite because they are all so beautiful and growing so well! They are showing you how much they love you with all of their new growth!!
I couldn't believe I found it at Lowe's. When I posted a picture of it on Instagram and tagged Lowes, they even were amazed by it's beauty, liked and commented on the picture.
Do you keep the samurai outside? I have one and it had a baby and then the mama plant died but baby is still good but tiny. Maybe I need to move mine outside?
Your plants are doing g FABULOUS!!! They have grown so fast! 🪴I just got into succulents last year and have done very well with them. And, I absolutely LUV them...❤🎉🥰💖

Spring is definitely in the air! Thanks for watching.
Such a great video! Wow the quick growth on the baby cactus! Do you water as usual or maybe a little more? All the plants look fabulous!
I water as usual with the other patio plants. Right now about every 7-10 days. Thanks for watching.

Me too. He/She wii be awesome!
Man that eve's needle did great. The Maranta were amazingly beautiful. Can't wait for my lemon lime to get that size.
That Eve's Needle is going to want a larger pot very soon. It's very crowded now. Thanks for watching.
This time of the month? Ok,smile
As soon as I said it, I started laughing. LOL!
I absolutely love your hair! You look 15 years younger
Thanks Wendy! I go between wearing it natural curl (which I like) and straighten it (which I only do if I have the energy). LOL!

I had not seen one in quite a while, so I knew I had to take it home with me.
Love your hair
Thanks! I straighten it every once in a while.
My MARANTA is growing like crazy.. I keep it in my bedroom in the north window.
wow, that's great that it does so well in a northern window.
I have a small Opuntia Joseph coat..it's just not growing ..but I put it outside..maybe I'll see some progress from the sun and rain in a few weeks
Mine loves direct morning sun. It really does make a difference.
Yes,Sansevieria
Loved the lemon lime!
I don't think anyone is actually calling them Dracaena?
I bought 2 small marantas in 3in pots..so now they are in 4in pots and growing well .I might combine them together. They're easier than the rattlesnake and trio star.

Hello Martina! Yes, I do have my starfish Sansivieria. It's doing great.
Hi Carmen, have you tried putting your hoyas outside in the shade? If you haven't checked out Ric hoyas, who also grows in Florida. That for sharing.
I don't have a tree in the backyard, so I may move them to my patio. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks for watching Dianna!
Your walking snake plant would be great in a rectangular pot so it can put down a root from the new “arm” growth. They are such cool plants!
Great idea! I'm really curious to see how it will grow. Thanks for watching!
