About Jeffrey Yu: Yale '23 (Computer Science and East Asian Studies)
Jeff is a senior at Yale double majoring in Computer Science and East Asian Studies with a concentration on China. His college admissions essay was featured in the New York Times, and he specializes in essay writing, college admissions strategy, and life coaching. He has served as a Student Ambassador to the Yale Admissions Office, written extensively about college admissions on Quora and has taught courses on motivation, passion, and leadership while sponsored by the US Embassy in Tokyo.

Could u do 2 vids regarding 2 things:
1. Consistency: is it bad if you have like 2 Bs on your junior year and then improve, as in do they care more about the ”curve” rather than all the report cards
2. A video regarding IB scores and how they compare against other curriculums in the eyes of the universities

Your videos are awesome. Can you please make this same video, but for international students, or may be explain in the comments, as international schools do not have school profiles. So, the university will get to know about the rigorousness of the high school?

Great question! I'd explain your courses and school profile in the Additional Information section of the common app! Or have your guidance counselor write a letter, then translate it into English.

I mentioned you went to a really tough high school. Did you specifically have to mention this detail in a statement or essay or did you rely on the AO looking at the rigor of your high school and figuring that out with information provided? Thank you for the video.
