Warship My Wreck Lyric
You're a paper doll
I'll fold you how I want
You're not my noose
I tied this knot
If this won't be
Our fingers locked together
Then this is total war
Method not objective
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules
If I can't glue them back together
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules
If I can't glue them back together
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules
If I can't glue them back together
Back together
Scars on my fingers, bruises, my neck
Crashin' my trains, warship my wreck
Scars on my fingers, bruises, my neck
Crashin' my trains, warship my wreck
Scars on my fingers, bruises, my neck
Crashin' my trains, warship my wreck
Warship my wreck, warship my wreck
Cut the hands off
Kamikaze into your soul
Cut the hands off
Kamikaze into your soul
Scars on my fingers, bruises, my neck
Crashin' my trains, warship my wreck
Scars on my fingers, bruises, my neck
Crashin' my trains, warship my wreck
Worship my wreck
Scars on my fingers, bruises, my neck
Crashin' my trains, warship my wreck
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules
If I can't glue them back together
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules
If I can't glue them back together
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules
If I can't glue them back together
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules (warship my wreck)
If I can't glue them back together (warship my wreck)
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules (warship my wreck)
If I can't glue them back together (warship my wreck)
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules (warship my wreck)
If I can't glue them back together (warship my wreck)
You can't ever say that I'm breaking the rules
I'm 60 years old, The Pale Emperor is a damn fine piece of work. Very nice Mr Manson.
Who's the best artist ever in your opinion?
@@bilardoselacome9385 marilyn manson for me
Marilyn Manson is the GOAT!
Christopher Harlow, I am 43, been a fan for 30 years and I had all but lost hope in Manson's return to form after the masterpiece that is Holy Wood. The Golden Age of Grotesque marked the end of MM as I loved the band and then Eat Me Drink Me just killed my hope even more because it was at that point that MM went from being MM, the band to a showcase of whomever he was collaborating with, which I colloquially refer to as the the "Marilyn Manson... And Friends" era... Side note: I remember when normies would refer to mm as "him" rather than "them"as a band, it infuriated me to see the rest of the band getting ignored and then for it to actually happen, really broke my heart. It still wasn't enough for me to give up on MM as I'm an extremely devoted and dedicated fan. Anyhow, to get back to what I was saying...I will say that The High End of Low was great because it was a man pained by heartbreak and marked the return of Twiggy, but it was still weak when compared to the Triptych and Portrait Of An American Family. I loved that album because it really helped me regain the strength I needed to leave a toxic relationship and I am forever grateful to MM for this piece of work. Still though, it did not instill faith back into me in regards to a return to form but when The Pale Emperor dropped....I was blown away, it rivaled Mechanical Animals and Holy Wood for me. It actually tied with Mechanical Animals in the greatness of his albums, 2nd only to Portrait Of An American Family. While this is still part of the "Marilyn Manson and Friends" era, it was his strongest outing since Holy Wood and will go down as the greatest album of that era.
So with that being said, I cannot possibly convey how excited I am to see the return of Marilyn Manson as a band. The way he introduces them on stage and shows them in the new videos.... It fills my heart with so much joy to see this return to form and, in my most honest and humble opinion, this is the greatest comeback of all time.
Мне 54, тем не менее.
@@WrappedInPlasticine ты мальчишка с грязной писькой. Нам поклонникам Менсона больше чем 50!!!
I love how raw and piercing Manson’s voice is. It’s like it captures perfectly internal screams, rage, and sarcasm all in one
Why sarcasm?
could be why he says when his voice is recorded it has several different pitches or whatever you call it when most have just one or two pitches

Nothing makes for better art, than being absolutely tortured by your mind and soul.
Man, I remember the first time I heard this. I'm gonna say something that is really unpopular. I'm going to preface it by saying I love all of Mansons work. But...I think the Pale Emporer was his best album. Like I said, I know most won't agree but this album is so matured and shows everything he's learned in his 30+ years as an artist. It shows why he belongs in the Hall of Fame and why he should go down as one of the greatest artists of all time. Much love
100% agree, he's always been okay in my books, but this being more upfront and stripped back really grabbed me.
I agree
Yes
Esp if you listen on real good speakers the sound is truly incredible
Such an amazing album, it feels more mature and strong than the others. More dark and deep too. Only me with this thoughts?
I feel The same. like im going to a Dark place full of Depression and sadness and is awesome.
Yes man! It's a whole trip into sadness
Definitely more mature
Nothing is going to top The Golden Age of Grotesque.
Portraits of an american family
Ah yes Dark Knights Death Metal, truly influential
This song should be in a movie. Excellent.
It sounds like the soundtrack from 28 Days Later, listen to the track Rage from the movie...
I just used this in a trailer for the new Avenger's trailer....
damon trudeau
awesome!
weemonkey
That song is all instrumental right? It's short but I do see some similarities.
sean447744 Yes it is...first time I heard this song 28 Days Later popped into my head
This song takes me somewhere else... Somewhere dark... Somewhere deep... Somewhere.........
Lmao
+Anastasia myer shut up
A dark multiverse
Anastasia myer yeah shut up
@@cecilysd6429 Ye, shut up Anastasia. Let him have his edgy moment.
Manson always amazes me with every album.
*Purge Siren sounds*
"Are you ready?"
"Yeah."
"Let's save some lives tonight..."
I totally loved the series, so badass and gripping, with a strong political message too. A big fuck you to the racist, violent America
Basically when Penelope was roasting Joe while he was pointing a gun at her she was metaphorically roasting the white suprematists, the violent cops, whoever the fuck wants to bring hate and prejudice to this world
Just today I finished watching the series and found this great song
I listened to this album when it first came out and didn't really feel that fond of it but the more I listen the more appreciation and love I grow for it. This album definitely is amazing. I think that all of his albums are masterpieces in there own ways. They are all very different in many ways and that's why I love this artist so much his variety is what keeps me intrigued so much.
I completely agree with you. When it first came out I admittedly didn't like it too much but the more I revisit this album, the more I find myself liking it.
This song is so, so, i just cant find the perfect word, listen to it with headphones full blast, you can feel the feelings he´s singing it with, i love this song, The King Is Fucking Back...The Pale Emperor

All the tracks are amazing but this one is my favourite. Fantastic!
❤
i have seen manson live in concert. i was two rows from the front and it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. He is such a fantastic performer. Its more than music. Its art!
id love to actually meet him one day face to face.
TPE is a amazing piece of work. Listening in a good set of earbuds/headphones is almost required for at least one listen. Too fully grasp the full depth of how great this album really is.
I agree man. marilyn is amazing even still. this is his best album to date.
+Mango Brûlée not so ...get yourself a pair of skullcandy inked" earbuds .best 20 you will ever spend
+fnkycoldmedina it depends. It's all in the freq response regardless of brand. Most are 20hz-20hz.
To properly reproduce the bottom end you need a set with at least 15mhz-20hz. Also shit can the mp3 format. Anything over 40hz is gone from the music files. Something has to give for a WAV file to be converted to Mp3. And destroys what the artist intended. Unless its mastered directly for Mp3 your losing alot of depth and richness in the sound. And a cheap/bad set of earbuds only makes the loss of sound even worse.
Ive browsed dozens of $20 dollar ear buds. Almost all are 20-20.
See..shit. it speaks for itself.
www.engadget.com/products/skullcandy/ink-d/specs/
These are decent earbuds. Koss isnt bad for low cost products.
www.adorama.com/KS180894.html
I send WAV format files to my music players. They will accept and play it fine. Takes up space but the difference in sounds speaks for itself. FLAC is amazing but almost all files found in it are just WAV convertions. No real reason to use that file type because of the massive size for WAV quality.
thats what im doing now. sounds badass
I agree...
favorite song of the album. The Pale Emperor has to be in my top 3 favorite albums from Manson.
Emily Keen lmao are you one of those illuminati propaganda fucktards?
The Batman who Laughs
This song gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it. This album is my favorite what a masterpiece.
I need to see Marilyn Manson in concert. I love him more than any other musician.
don't we all?
+Luscious Maywhether I like Kanye slightly more. But Manson is a pretty close second
Crying. ^
Alexis PM Don't. Kanye is just as mistaken as Manson by the average joe. Underneath his eccentricities both of them are geniuses.
Exactly. Kanye may not be the greatest person, but he's a hell of a great musical mind.
I can literally see Marilyn Manson singing as The Batman Who Laughs. That would be amazing!
If he was still young I can see him being a good batman who laughs
I'm facing the end of my marriage, this song has helped me accept it, learn more about myself and grow as a human. I've played it for 18hrs this week on loop. Very cathartic.
I hope things got better for you.
Damn this song is so good! There's so much emotion that you can hear in his voice, I love it! Amazing album Manson, keep up the amazing work! Love you baby!
Dark, melancholy and a hallmark of Manson...best album, best track
This album is a pure beauty, this track is a Manson’s masterpiece. Long live Antichrist Superstar

OMG I love this song!
I seriously worship Marilyn Manson!
He would not be glad to hear that..you know..Mister Superstar is about that. Haha, sorry, just had to
I have nothing but love and respect for this man
I didn't think I'd enjoy listening to Marilyn so much, I've gone through a bunch of his songs and I only dislike a few, I like most of them all. I should've started listening to him a long time ago!
Came here because I saw "warship", got more than I was expecting as always. Marilyn Manson is a genius. He has been a genius since I first fell in love with him in the mid 90s.
Perfect song to put at episode 10 ending of the purge season
😂😂ohhh yes
Or Hannibal second season

I went crazy when it came on during that last episode. My wife told me to chill. I said no sorry just warship my wreck haha
I know a lot of people hate him because he's "evil" and all that but this song proves just how talented the man is...
This is one of my favorite tracks off the new album!!! Wicked song !!!! I'm going to see Manson this Thursday !! So pumped!
Love the key played in this one. Such music to my ears. Lyrics true felt as only Mr. Manson can deliver. Legend. Mother Metal 💀 🖤

Exactly.
it starts at 0:00 and ends at 5:59
It's all the best part. This is manson at the absolute top of his game.
Why does this sound so painful...
Sauercrafter XD if you listen to the song its come from a painful place
Tribute to his mom
A brilliant masterpiece. I like a lot this album, although at the begining I left it aside, and this song probably one of his best song in Manson's career. Darker than ever.
would be the perfect sound for the apocalypse
Netflix used it for their series "The Strain" which has an apocalyptic theme so yeah you're right lol
+Ian Higdem Netflix doesn't own it, FX does.
***** yeah that was my bad lol I watched it again and realized my mistake but was too lazy to fix it lol
Let me tell you something....
@@ImponteDeluxo mad lad called it
....
The Pale Emperor - Manson´s absolute masterpiece
Anyone else think they should have used this in John Wick instead of Killing Strangers? Feel and mood is perfect, even the lyrics make sense. The line about breaking the rules and putting back together could be John breaking the High Table Rules. Or taking the wreck of Johns current life and building a Warship to go to war with. The feeling that builds at 4:00 onward screams John Wick to me.
I came from Dark Nights: Death Metal.
Cannot say I'm breaking thee rules if u can glue them back together....pure courage and original wisdom
this is my fav song from album.... it´s like about my deepest darkness...
In my opinion the best album he made. I listen to it at least once a week from some years. It's really incredible! and this song...wow!! really really excellent!
i can kick demon ass with this song...

the pale emperor is one of the greatest fucking master pieces of and for a long time.
way to hate the haters!!!
thank you! ! !
This is good old Marilyn.I love him...
this sounds so ebm/industrial i totally love it!! i have been a fan of Mr Manson since the late 90s (would have sooner but i was a kid) and this is a master piece of an album! the 3 great albums by him to me that defined my youth so much were ANTI-CHRIST SUPERSTAR/MECHANICAL ANIMALS/HOLY WOOD. those albums were at the top of his game and im glad to see him make something comparable again. this is different but its a mature stage of a grown genius man. i truly hate idolizing people but i have no problem acknowledging Manson to be an idol and someone i could not help to be star struck by since i look up to him as a musician and as a true artist as well as what i think i understand of him as a person. hope he never stops making music. looking forward to many more albums. the only other person i could compare him to is David Bowie
yea i too, only realised now, in his prime, he was pretty much the highest standard of quality, in his stage entertaiment/props, his instrumental is even now the highest tier, voice is unquestionable, timeless lyrics. My point is he was ahead of his time, and the music is elite level. Hard to find a hole in his game, maybe his music isn't for all, but in fact it is, and it will take 30 years for people to realise what was written in his lyrics about social construct is more true now than ever.
I think I listen to this album daily, or a portion of it.. Good sound scape on the album I noticed that very quickly on many tracks long time MM fan, deep song listen...
You think Manson’s friends with The Batman Who Laughs?
The batman who laughs is definitely the lead guitarist lol
@foreveruseless - Hell yeah.
Batman is not real
@Jesse Helt - Not the point no fun realist.
He is not his friend, he is batman who laughs
Getting my daily Manson fix. Y'all excuse me while I fade out into the chaos in my head.
Marilyn Manson is one of the all time greats just a lyrical genius and people who say he's just a shock rocker just don't get him his lyrics go over so many people's heads his metaphors the many double meanings with in the lyrics im going to see him live 4the first time Aug 9th and i can't fuckin wait greatest artist since led zep and Pink Floyd He is a rock GOD
Yeah for me he's the best ever. But, he always called his music "rock and roll", never 'shock rock' or anything else.
Amazing album start to finish. Pound me the witch drum times.
I think that The Pale Emperor might be one of the best Marilyn Manson albums... Best since Holy Wood at least. Holy Wood *might* be a bit better... Maybe
This is a great album but i personally think the high end of low is the best one since Holy wood but pale emperor is still awesome
I totally agree. and also I love mechanical animals
+Chris Baskin I'd say The High End of Low is probably his worst album, either that or Born Villain.
Eat Me Drink Me for me... Ugh, that album is vile.SelfReferencingName
***** That's got some brilliant music. The seductively writhing guitar solos of Evidence and Putting Holes in Happiness; the bittersweet riffs of Putting Holes... and They Say That Hell's not Hot; the deep and oozing bass lines of Evidence and Eat Me Drink Me, the heavy, measured production of If I was Your Vampire; and a welcome break from tired shock value that was beginning to stale in GAoG. Generally seen as a four-star album by critics and I agree. Took me a while to get into it but once did I could play it over and over.
literally just heard this on dc death metal so goood
cant wait for more installments of the actual videos for the comics
is it me or it's one of the bestest rocksongs of... what ever
Love this record proves he still has a lot to offer wonder what his ex band mates think? Just this song.,deep six and third day makes it a classic. blows away golden age in my opinion not commercial but still has that appeal, can't wait for say10!
Ohhh im scared. I have 10 times more honor if I fall in battle
Its like a cool drink of 2 parts If I was Your Vampire, 1 Part Fundamentally Loathsome, 1 Part Valentines Day and a splash of Spade..................................................its on.............................
One hell of a track.
Batman Who laughs?
Marilyn Manson as Batman Who Laugh 🤯 Epic!
LOVE this song, can't wait to hear it live :-D
It does not beat killing strangers, but also very amazed by the song! good job.
Marilyn Manson is a true word smith. His words cut right through me. It's a shame others don't feel the same.
exactly! his lyrics have a beauty of their own

Such a fucking awesome album! This song and Devil Beneath my Feet are my fav, but the entire album is amazing!
I love this song! (the whole album itself is a masterpiece) when I listening to this song it gives me the feeling that this was written for a movie because it just would fit so well! :)
This needs to be the next single! Best song on the album, next to Odds of Even.
Fucking unbelievable album. One for the ages...and it's only going to be more attractive every year onwards. Ten, Twenty years from now? Who knows.

MM screams several times as if about to break down in tears or something here- at least, that's the impression I'm getting w. how he's singing this song....
When this man sings I feel it viscerally. I’d love to sit on a park bench next to him one day and talk for hours.
