The Apple II was one of the first Apple computers released. It came out in 1977.
GUI is short for Graphical User Interface. It's what the screen looks like. For example, for today's Macs the full screen, minimize, and close buttons are the 3 dots green, yellow, red. For Windows its the minus, the box, and the X.
Jobs' line "I got a PC" before he died, the PC he's referring to is Pancreatic Cancer.

The company was always called Apple, and because Macintosh is a type of apple, they named their Operating System after it and then later shortened THAT to MacOS and then just Mac. The Apple II was before Mac though and what really got the company going as it was one of the first and one of the best personal computer systems in the early to mid-80s. You might be too young to remember much if anything about DOS (Disk Operating System) but it was all typing and text. GUI means Graphical User Interface, which is systems like Mac and Windows, the whole thing where you have a mouse pointer and click on icons and stuff, that's a GUI. Jobs didn't steal anything from Woz, they were partners playing to their own strengths and they co-founded Apple. Woz was the brains behind the tech and Jobs was the dreamer and brains behind the marketing. If you want to know more about the history of this battle, watch Pirates of Silicon Valley from 1999.
Also, you REALLY need to watch 2001: A Space Odyssey. 😛

Apple II was one of the original computers available for sale to the home computer market in the late 70s. In the early 80s, the Commodore 64 and IBM PC came out, and really started being affordable to the average family.
The original Mac (Macintosh) came out in 1984 with a black & white-only 9-inch screen, but it was one of the very first home computers with a graphical user interface (GUI) - icons on screen, where you had to use a mouse, etc.

How the Boys of Silicon Valley Make Their Millions, Battle Foreign Competition, and Still Can't Get a Date" which explains this Job vs Gates 1980's-90's "rivalry" between them and others fairly well. I do find it interesting that so many people only get the HAL/Space Odyssey reference, but don't realize that HAL is only personifying GNU/Linux, an open source platform that's "in your laptop and your pocket", as it's the basis for Android systems and used extensively by the military. ("How you gonna shoot me down when i fire the rocket?")
"I'm on Linux, bitch. I thought you GNU." Since Linux is open source, it has no centralized spokesperson or company behind it. So they had to pick a persona that could deliver the lines credibly.
I've gotten into the habit of researching most, if not every line in an ERB, however briefly, because there's so much you can actually learn from them unironically. Even to this day, usually from watching reactions like these, I'll learn something from someone else that I totally missed or misinterpreted.
