- YOU NEED THESE THINGS FOR YOUR TOURNEY! This may be the most helpful haul video that you have ever seen. I'm done many volleyball tournaments in my day and I know for a FACT you need these items! Make sure to write down what you need so that way at your next Tourney you are prepared!

Here’s a list if your in a rush:
-deodorant
-water bottle
-lotion (spray on if possible)
-extra socks (sweaty feet)
-something to do(a book,hair ties to braid hair ect)
-snacks(protein + fruit)
-money(for merch,lunch ect)
-beauty(hair tie,chapstick bobby pins ect.)
-shoes+ shoe balls(that help will smell)
-jacket(doubles as a pillow)
-Extra pants (yoga/leggings)
-phone+charger(long if possible)
-extra top
-TAPE!(just in case!)
-portable charger (Incase of no outlets)
-feminine products(pads, tampons ect)

I've always been afraid to put lotion on before games bc I'm stressed that the ball will slip if my hands are lotioned 😂😂😂

That happened to me lol!! I went to spike the ball and it slipped out of my hand and was all lotiony!! Lol! Here’s a trick- bring a small towel (like a sweat towel bug for your hands only) and wipe you hands of a little after you moisturize to get rid of any extra lotion.

Nice video!! But I’ve had bad experiences with lotion and volleyball.
So I have a lotion that smells really good and I wanted to smell good after school so I put the lotion on my legs and at volleyball, I was sweating and my legs were very slippery (even though I did rub in he lotion) and my knee pads were a little sticky too !!😂😂so I don’t recommend wearing lotion on your legs during matches or practices👍

How much time do you have?
I usually arrive, warm up , play 2 or 3 sets with no rest, change and go home.
I should’ve brought lotion, whenever im at a tournament and i volley a ball my hands are so stiff, my fingers tend to become stiff when im nervous or cold. Thanks for the help!

Hey koko? I’ve never played volleyball before, so your videos are really helpful!! One question tho since I’m new, do you do tournaments even in younger grades like 7th grade?? are there any advanced skills that I should learn, since volleyball has been open since 4th grade in my area?? Do/can people wear pads for volleyball? I haven’t had to wear anything yet while playing but I’m afraid that I might and I’m just wondering if you can wear pads. Like can’t you see them through spandex?

you just need to get the thin ones and then you can't see them, sometimes with tampons it feels like they'll shoot out when you dive
StarryBlueSkies * for some reason when I wore pads while playing you could not see my pads, i did blead through the spandex though (I played the full 3 sets so I could not go to the bathroom and I was to lazy) but that is because i have heavy periods that last 10 days (i got medication to help me though)
Yes. You can see them through spandex but no ones gonna care cause most of the time it’s all girls anyway 😂

I'm 13 and i wanna try playing volleyball. I have no experience playing but i have researched and tried some of the Excersices that will make me jump higher and do spikes and recieves right LOL i don't even know if im doing right. Any tips please???
