The quote goes like this “Yeah, you don’t have to practice but someone on the other side of the ocean is practicing and when you meet them don’t be mad” I am glad that Marienthal is there and not me! This is the kind of interplay that happened between Chet Baker and Gerry Mulligan... Awesome!
