No driver for windows 10/11 is available for the heavy duty, lovely HP Laserjet 1010 USB printer on HP website. Watch this video to figure out how to install it on your laptop or desktop computer.

Thank you , I am not familiar with computers, but following your detailed instruction I managed to install the hp 1010 , I saved minimum 2 days of work in order to pay a new printer. Than you again and always health for you.😊😊😊

My HP Laserjet 1010 is 19 years young today and it still prints happily along thanks to You, and other people alike that fight the corporate system with making replacement printer cartridges.

I did not see DOT4 port but I choose USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB)
I did not see HP in the left window but I have disk solve the problem.

i can't find laserjet 1010 on printer list . only the 1015 , and i didn't work please help
“1015” is just a name. Use it, and your printer starts working 😊
i dont find dot 4 port or usb 001 or usb 002 . i can only find usb 004
No problem. Every name like usb 004 will also work. If the problem exists, watch my next video that will be published soon.

This problem sometimes happens. After a fresh installation of Windows, usually DOT4 and USB Port appear again. But as there is no guarantee, I don't offer to do so.

Connect your printer via USB cable, follow the steps, and choose
“USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB)” or
“USB002 (Virtual printer port for USB)” instead of dot 4. That’s it! 😃
