Thank you as well!
Murrell's inlet at Indian wells condos! Have been seeing two of these wanted to know what they were! Thank you. From south Carolina!
I live in southeast Oklahoma and get an annual visit from kites every spring
Migration time? I get them spring and fall usually ❤️ they nest a little north of me in summer.
My second year seeing a couple that nest by my house in orlando❤this year they had many babies❤ i saw 7 flying around❤ one took one of my bluebird fledgins😢
That is sad to hear they took the bluebird babies 😔😔😞 the circle of life odd a tough one to witness sometimes 😩 I know Orlando does have a lot of swallowtailed kites right? I see them a lot in central Florida.
been seeing many here in tampa/st. pete lately, in the last memorial day week, could it be a later migration perhaps due to the crazy cold fronts we had this year?
Swallow tailed kites start migrating very early as early as February, but some do show up late! Also you may be seeing some more around your area because maybe they looking for a nesting site. I saw one in late April near tampa when I was visiting ft desoto.
