watched the Perun vid on this , super informative : they are supplying far more than just the tanks they are supplying the know how, the skills, the parts, etc - poland isn't just buying weapons but is buying all the things about these systems thank you S. Korea and thank you Poland! It seems clear to me that we need a new regional security industry in europe, that is willing and able to provide adequate security and support to the baltics & former soviet states that new security industry is a partnership between poland/ skorea for whatever reasons the Germans are again unwilling to take a strong stance on security for their neighbors in terms of Moscow's aggression, and I'm glad to see Poland is stepping into the void as europe's emerging military industrial complex
The German reasons scares me but I hope to be wrong. I really don't understand why would they be so secretive of their technology when others are not and I doubt Germany feels threatened by Poland using German weapons against it.

Germany is not a reliable partner as the Ukraine conflict has shown. American stuff is expensive and they are unwilling to share the tech. This is a smart move from Poland. Besides Poland will soon have some 300 Abrams, 200 odd of which are going to be the most modern type.

South Korea has recently fielded these weapons so they are as new as they come. Plus, German, French and even US suppliers are busy refilling inventories for their current orders. Poland wanted more M1 and MLRS from the US but the delivery dates were 2025 and out. South Korea agreed to start deliveries this year (although this first batch will all go into training units unless Russia invades).
