Yes that means half water and half a pure grain alcohol like Everclear. I made a video on my channel on how to make a professional tincture that explains it all better if you want to watch that.
@@florachildress3531 I don’t know why you couldn’t but I’m not sure what the chemical process of lye mixing with the oil would do to the constituents in yarrow during the soap making process but maybe you could superfat with yarrow infused oil so it’s not as affected by the process?

Why would you chose to use grain alcohol when most herbalists say 100% which is 50-50?
Just for clarification, 100 proof is 50% alcohol and 50% water. Salah🙏
