The way they fragment the opening arpeggios is quite appropriate I think. But playing only the opening without the climax that later unfolds, is less pleasing. New Age wallpaper replaces serious rock. And the whole point of Tangram Set1 was how well it all fitted together. They had the often unacknowledged J Schmoelling to thank for that
