The big thing is your chicken is clean enough to NOT be washed. Do you wash your beef? Pork? Fish? Shrimp? Crab? Lobster? Why only chicken? It just plain doesn't make sense unless your chicken was chopped in open air and unrefrigerated in a third world country. When we cook the chicken not only does it make it more palatable, but also kills any and all bacteria. Washing chicken quite literally takes the flavor away.
I always wash my chicken! Pro tip from the parents. Shake some salt in the sink/on the raw chicken plate after washing, if you're concerned about contamination. Apparently salt helps kill the salmonella bacteria! 🤟
Salmonella only lives for around 32 hours anyway so the anti wash gangs argument is kinda dumb. The chicken is slimy out the package, why wouldn't you wash that off? At least pat that slime off with a paper towel lol. Looks great bro.
@@kagura_bachi2122every single pack of raw chicken you open has "slime" it's just sitting in it's own juices really. The protein starts to degrade over time and it results in a slightly thick liquid. Happens to any packaged chicken.
I like how you add seasoning to your olive oil I have not tried that.. I usually brush with olive oil then season but will try your method thanks 👍
Absolutely 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
Omg yum! I'm so trying this tonight ❤
It’s so delicious! Please let me know how it turns out ❤️
Not washing raw chicken is simply diabolical. I approve of this message.
Okay thank you😂 bc they really try it in the comments

There’s always one lol
Looks good, but try to broil for 50 min. The crisp is like fried
Okay def will, thank you !
@RollingWithNick you'll really like it and see the difference. I barely bake anymore unless...🥰🥰
Broil on low, about 50 min. Depending on the oven. Take care🤗🤗
@@chylo350 okay I was thinking “isn’t it going to burn for broiling that long” lol. Thank you again
@@RollingWithNick 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
In India, we like to wash meat and seafood with water, salt and turmeric. Turmeric is a natural antiseptic 😊.
Awesome, thanks for that tip!

Bingo!
Salt does not kill salmonella bacteria. If there were the case, you could simply salt raw chicken and eat it.

What chicken do you get where there's slime
Thank you Dougan lol

@@FreshDouganyes but it grosses me tf out
Never had said "slime" after chicken is cooked, if you're really worried about it just pat it dry with a towel like we all do.
Salmonella is rare people who concern about it don't know anything about it
😭😭😭😭😂
I always wash my chicken and brine it before cooking! Good on you! 😅
That’s the spirit 😆😆
If you don’t clean your meat then don’t invite me over for dinner
That part!
Sugar?😮
Yes it’s BBQ. The sauce you buy at the store has sugar as well
