It really does. I got it down in the wet and even put the coil under the water and it still ran smooth. Couldn't go much further than that considering it was about 45° lol definitely have enjoyed swinging it so far.
WoW, that Bottle Cap was sounding good and Even when you dug it out and then it got revealed in the Scoop and 😮 the Double Score Detector said that it was a great target 🎯.... 🤔.....
Now I could probably tune them out with the iron filter, but then it would mask desirable targets near by. I like to run wide open because I would rather dig a few bottle caps than miss a gold ring lol.
Good vid…liked and subbed! I’ve got several Minelabs (Manticore, 900, 700, X-Terra Pro), and the Double Score 2 is my first Nokta venture, liking it so far but had to get the extended carbon fiber shafts for it. Nokta didn’t take 6’3” folks into account at all when designing these Legend, Score, Simplex models with the standard length shafts so wasn’t real crazy with having to come out of pocket for the extended shafts. Has some shaft wobble as well at the clamps, we’ll see how it goes and if I end up keeping it.
Yeah i have the extended middle shaft on all my Nokta detectors. Never had any shaft wobble. Sounds like you have a nice line up of detectors. Happy hunting my friend!
That is a good hunt on the beach. this Double Score was hitting deep. Fairly stable in the wet. I heard a little chatter, but still got the job done. Are they going to make a small coil for this one? And if so are you going to get it? I bet with a small coil and in a trashy spot the separation will be top notch. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Brother. May 2024 Bring you the best of the best finds. Happy Hunting.
On the Nokta site they do show a 5x9 and a 13" coil. No info on when they'll be available, but yes I definitely want the 5x9 lol. Thanks for watching brother and hope you have a happy, safe, and blessed new year!
True, but you really have to look lol. On the DS you can see the light from across the room lol. The icon is still on the screen like the legend this is a separate light above the screen. I just thought it was a nice touch.
@@TheTexanDetector oh my God.... You Mean you actually have to get up and walk 6 or 7 feet... Damn.... Good thing it digs the targets for you, or you'd be plum worn out... Lol.....:)
Basically running stock. Being I'm still learning the machine just did a frequency grab and a ground balance and went swinging. I have the sensitivity one notch below max and I think the recovery speed was at 2.
looks like it runs real nice at the beach, im loving the machine really

Thanks for vid and hunt.

Yeah sometimes they fool you with any detector lol. Those gold foil covered ones are the worse lol.

@@TheTexanDetector And it's a New Detector that you have just started using and then it's a Dig Up Everything up until you get to know it..

Thanks brother I hope the same for you my friend!
You can tell when the legend is charged by the battery icon, upper left of screen.
Flashing it is charging... When it stops flashing it is full...
