In my opinion Chuuya actually really fits in the Ada. He is a kind person towards people and caring towards his subordinates except his enemies of course. He only kills because he needs to and he doesn't do unnecessary violence towards his enemies. If only he wasn't dragged into the dark then he would probably be living somewhere like a normal citizen.

Dazai isn’t stupid, and he’s not morí- he’s not simply wanting a child soldier, or he’d have made a worse outcome than obsessive emo) Also feel that chuuya would put it into everyone’s heads at the Ada that dazai is absolutely NOT JOKING about suicide- the whole lack of care from the anime bothered me terribly. They don’t even try to get therapy or anything for the members showing strange behavior…
